About this space
Cozy upstairs apartment. Perfect for weekend getaways, visiting family, Crow Barn workshop attendees, or a peaceful small-town stay near Lancaster, Buckeye Lake, and Columbus. Enjoy a full private 1 bd/1 ba apartment with fast WiFi, workspace, Smart TV, full kitchen, coffee station, self check-in, and free parking. Please note: this is a second-floor duplex with steep stairs, and the bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Quiet, clean, warm, and thoughtfully designed for a comfortable stay.

The space
Our cozy second-floor apartment is designed to feel warm, peaceful, and comfortable during your stay in historic Baltimore, Ohio. The space includes a private bedroom, full bathroom, living room, stocked kitchen, dining area, fast WiFi, Smart TV, and workspace. Perfect for weekend getaways, visiting family, Crow Barn workshop attendees, or travelers passing through central Ohio.

Please note this is an upper duplex accessed by fairly steep stairs. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and portions of the bathroom ceiling are lower/sloped due to the historic roofline.

While the home has a few charming quirks that come with older properties, guests love the cozy atmosphere, thoughtful design, convenient location, and feeling of having a peaceful home away from home.

You'll have full access to the whole suite. There are no shared spaces inside.

Other things to note
• This is a second-floor apartment accessed by fairly steep stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

• The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom, and portions of the bathroom ceiling are lower/sloped due to the historic roofline.

• Baltimore is a small historic Ohio town with a quiet, laid-back pace. We love hosting guests looking for a peaceful stay close to Lancaster, Buckeye Lake, local weddings, and Crow Barn workshops.

• Free street parking is available directly outside the property.

• Long-term stays and repeat workshop guests are always welcome.

Was very welcoming, small town feel but just a stone throw from Lancaster .. and super close to logan to do all your adventures. Very clean and inviting.. I definitely recommend this over a hotel any day.

Very cute space. Baltimore is a quiet little town, and this property matches that energy. The hosts are very attentive and helpful, and provided some local spots to check out. This is a one bedroom space, which worked perfectly for our family as our daughter is younger, but definitely more ideal for couples. We didn’t spend much time there, but it was nice having a cozy spot to relax after a long day. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet Baltimore home

It is an extremely well-kept property, inside and out. Great kitchen, quiet, and very clean. easy drive into Lancaster, Granville, Newark and Columbus. Baltimore has some good places to eat too.
