Studio apartment in great location with a beautiful pool/garden area.

This is a small studio apartment in the boutique Riverway apartment building. The property consists of only 6 apartments. There is a roof top terrace with beautiful views. A relaxing garden and pool area. Also a patio table with umbrella just outside your door. It is a very short 3 minute walk to the beach and we are on a flat area very near the pedestrian bridge.

A piece of heaven in the heart of town

So nice to have your own courtyard, sitting areas and private pool amongst the other guests. Chatting and helpful, short and long term guests sharing tips about our oasis home or the streets and activities nearby. Can definitely see myself back here again.

Awesome location, all the essentials plus more, excellent host!

Property is within walking distance to everything including many restaurants, bars, groceries, markets etc. Property is gated and walled in adding to the feeling of safety, although the entire area is VERY safe day or night. Russel is an awesome host and can usually be found on property, finding a way to further improve this impressive property. We will be back, loved our stay!

Amazing Place in the Center of Everything

First off last minute booking. But the place was amazing. Russell the owner is available anytime to help and answer questions. Place had a great location to everything. People staying there at the same time were super nice and helpful. Condo had clean beds, clean bathrooms on site laundry. Do not hesitate to book the owner is great to work with. AAA+++

Our stay was excellent. Our studio was very clean and comfortable. The grounds were immaculate and the pool very clean and inviting. Russel was very always available and very helpful when needed. Oh and the location was excellent!
