Welcome to our spacious 4 bed 2.5 bath home in Centennial. Huge yard, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the convenience of a quiet, family-friendly street, as well as the privacy, comfort, and style of this home, including access to Netflix on our Smart TV and fast, free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. Super close to the Southlands Mall.


Please note: I live in the basement of the house which has its own entrance . Your space is private, and you have full access to the main floor and second floor of the house to yourself. I am happy to answer questions or give local tips, but otherwise, you will hardly notice me.

Ruth was an excellent host. She check in by messaging frequently to make sure we were comfortable. The home was beautiful and super clean and comfortable. If we are ever in the Denver area, definitely staying here again

I have rented many homes, but this was my favorite. It was super clean and so roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is huge and had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas meals. The beds were super comfortable. Ruth was great about checking in with us - she is a five star host!

Our stay was absolutely delightful! This home is meticulously decorated and equipped with everything you will need to feel like you are home. The host even left snacks and cold water waiting for us when we entered. The house was immaculately clean, and everything is as beautiful as the pictures on the listing indicate. There is also a delightful jogging path around the nearby reservoir within easy walking distance. Communications with the Host were prompt, clear and informative. We had a delightful time and can't wait to go back sometime in the future. Many thanks to the Host for providing us with a touch of heaven here on earth. You will love it! Nicola

Felt like home, love the home, clean, organized, best experience, first time ever renting this home we would do it more than 10x if available. Ruth is a great host, loves to take care of us. I’ll recommend this for a big family as well. Amazing home and very beautiful.

Elegant & welcoming

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was welcoming, elegant and comfortable for our family. It’s located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood and easy access to all major roadways. The property manager, Ruth was attentive and accommodating. Would love to stay here again!

Exceptional

This house is incredible. I walked in and my jaw dropped-gorgeous. Close to grocery stores and everything else we needed. Kitchen is fully stocked. We didn’t want for anything. Beds are very comfortable. There were seven of us of which one is 2.5 years old. Was very easy to “kid proof” the main level for her safety. Words cannot describe how perfect this house was for us for three nights. We will definitely stay here again when in the Denver area visiting family.

Loved the home and everything about it . Only thing caught my family off guard was that the owner lives downstairs in the basement. But she was really kind and never bothered us.
