Penthouse views! New to market, 2 bedroom 2 bath top floor condo in popular Cocoa Beach Towers. Master has a king size bed with attached updated full bath. Guest bedroom has one Queen size bed. This complex is next door to the Cocoa Beach Pier. We have the largest heated pool beachside! Tennis courts, and putting green with your own private entrance to the beach. EVERYTHING is in walking distance! Restaurants, shopping, entertainment, grocery store and bars can be reached on foot. View a rocket launch from your balcony or from the beach! Beach equipment and beach towels are provided.

Great Condo

The condo and pool are both great; their location is perfect and they were clean, clean. The property is very well maintained. The beach is beautiful and there is coded access to and from the beach. The beach is quiet in this area. The pier is in walking distance and is a little more crowded. The condo's storage unit only had 2 low sand chairs and a few boogie boards but no beach umbrella. We found 2 beach umbrellas in the master bedroom closet as we did a final sweep of the condo on our last day! Make sure you go to the Kennedy Space Center which is less than 30 minutes away. We will definitely return to this condo.

Very nice condo with a great view

Our first time to Cocoa Beach after 4 days at Disney. The condo was the perfect place to relax and unwind. First the balcony and ocean/pier view were just beautiful! Get up and watch a sunrise if you can! The condo itself was nicely updated and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. There was plenty of space in every room. Good storage space in closets and dressers which sometimes can be an issue in some condos. The unit had covered parking too. Pool was warm and the beach was great with easy access to restaurants, Publix, coffee (Dunkin), and the pier! The condo doesn’t have laundry inside but there is coin laundry right next door which was manageable. There are two washers and dryers of good size which helped. I suggest bringing quarters of your own if planning to do laundry as getting them locally was a chore. $2.50 per load (wash/dry). The owner of the unit was very accommodating and responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Beautiful, met all our needs!

We enjoyed a (too short!) stay and were pleased with our entire experience. Booking was easy and the property did not disappoint as it had a pool, easy access to the beach as well as beautiful views! Watching the sun rise from our balcony was awesome. We walked to several restaurants and enjoyed great drinks and great food! The one thing I didn't ask about was the beach equipment included. There are only 2 chairs and we had 4 adults. They do have rentals on the beach-just look closer to the pier for umbrellas and chairs. I had questions during our stay and Wendy got right back to me, which was so helpful. Publix was practically across the street. Everyone was very friendly, but it never felt crowded. We would stay here again and hope to book again in the future.

Penthouse views from the balcony... We have views for days! This condo is in the highly sought after Cocoa Beach Towers. Rocket launches from your front door. Gated private beach entrance. The largest heated pool on the beach. Immaculate grounds. Walking distance to restaurants, The cocoa Beach Pier, bars, entertainment, shopping and Publix grocery store. Cruise ships are five min away at Port Canaveral and pass by the condo regularly. Welcome home!
