Charming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located on Mink Island.

Enjoy your morning beverage and watch the sunrise over the lake from the spacious deck. The sandy beach provides the perfect spot to launch your kayak, wade into the water or to watch boats go by on Lake Winnipesaukee. Swim to the anchored raft for sunbathing in the afternoon. The adjacent lagoon and the channel between Mink and Mark Islands provide the perfect calm waters to kayak and paddleboard. Enjoy boating to many outstanding lakeside restaurants in the towns of Meredith, Gilford, Laconia, Alton, Wolfeboro, and Center Harbor.

The open concept main house has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, plus a queen-sized pullout couch in the office. This is where you'll gather to create your meals in the full-sized kitchen and enjoy them in the screened-in dining room. The separate sleeping cabin has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a full bath and a kitchenette with a coffee maker and small refrigerator.

** The island is only accessible only by boat, so renters will need to provide their own transportation to and from the property. The dock can accommodate up to a 26’ boat. Boat launch and parking is available at local marinas.

The property rents during the summer from late June through early September with one week minimum stays from Sunday to Sunday (with some flexibility to rent Saturday to Saturday if the schedule allows). Spring and Fall rentals require three day minimum stays. Please see our calendar and rate schedule for details on availability, as we keep this up to date.
