Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2
bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have.

Fantastic! Had everything we needed and felt like home away from home. The floor plan was perfect for us the way the 2 rooms are separated. Beds were super comfy and loved the master shower! We didn’t take advantage of the kayaks but enjoyed the big window - even saw a rocket launch the first night by chance! Would definitely come back!

Talk about amazing! The view of the Banana River was amazing. Saw sharks dolphins and manatees. This place wss perfect for a small family or two couples. Its modern and up to date. Very well kept and the beds were very comfortable. 10 out 10 would recommend would and will stay again!

The host was very good about responding to questions. Loved how the place was decorated and it felt very homey. Even though it was a cooler time when we were in Florida we did get to see the Doliphins from the ramp. Would love to stay again.

Sehr schönes Appartement, sehr geräumig und sauber. Ich habe es gebucht, um mit den Kajaks auf dem Banana River paddeln zu können und das entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Wir haben immer wieder Delfine und Manatees gesehen. Die Terrasse war leider sehr klein und es gab keine Möglichkeit, bequem draußen zu sitzen. Aber sonst war alles sehr fein.

Wonderful experience!! Easy check in process and owners answered all my questions in a timely manner. The kayaks were an added bonus after a long day exploring, out fishing, or at the beach. Great location to supermarket, restaurants, Ron Jon’s, ice cream and beaches. Kitchen made it easy to cook our catch, and the view on the water was priceless!! Very safe complex, and everything was in working condition. Blue tooth speakers and soft colored lighting was a nice addition in the bathrooms. Beach towels, boogie board, and chairs were included! Manatees and dolphins spotted daily. Only recommendation- bring personal body wash/soap when staying here as we couldn’t find any in the condo- although hand soap, dish soap, and dishwasher liquid was available. Well worth the price, cleaning fee, and accommodations! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Unforgettable Vacation! The condo was very clean and was less than 5 minutes from the beach. Thank you for providing chairs and umbrella. Also, thank you for providing kayaks. The manatees and dolphins were the highlight of our trip which we saw every day. We experienced the Bioluminescence watercolor also in the river. Was very fortunate enough to see a rocket launch as well from the dock. Even saw a rabbit one day! Ate at Coconuts on the beach and Long Doggers, which were good. We will be back!!

Hidden Gem! Beautiful Home

This property looks even better in person, great peaceful and safe location. Everything was sparkling clean, it feels like home in paradise. We would definitely rent it again!

The experience of all the wildlife is a reason you must stay at this condo! It was exciting, and my children loved waking up to the dolphins!

River and kayak access

We had a great time and the place was perfect for what we wanted. A clean home base with access to the river and kayaks. We had manatees and dolphins right outside the place and we went out at night to get the bright blue bio lumen essence. I didn't realize it was a small condo complex and on the second floor, but that was fine. Would stay there again.

Manatees for the Win

We rented this particular condo because it came with kayaks and the opportunity to paddle around. And it did not disappoint. We saw Manatee, Dolphins, various fish and other aquatic residents while out in the kayaks. Anywhere else this would have been a separate fee. And the condo was completely furnished with cutting boards, a toaster, spices, coffee and anything else you might need in the kitchen. It was beautiful and comfortable as well. If you're looking for "dinner and a show", this is you're spot!

Great relaxing getaway

This place was the perfect place for my daughter and I to stay while in Cocoa Beach. Not right in the center of all the tourist stuff but close enough of a drive. The place was clean and well put together. Love the kayaks! My daughter and I were able to see manatees while out kayaking. We will definitely be coming back!

Pleasant view, easy parking

The two-bed, two-bath condo has a picture window in the living room looking out on a lovely lagoon. Another plus are the comfortable beds and living room seating with good reading light. The complex always had parking spots open, and in general was very quiet, with no one above this unit. The kitchen appliances, cabinets and counters are new and the breakfast bar seating is comfortable. We didn't prepare meals there but coffee and cooking staples were available. The steps up to the entrance are steep but well-lit with sturdy railings. We would definitely stay here again - longer if possible so we would have time for the kayaks.

Love this property!

This was our 2nd time staying here. Weve always stayed beachside previously but decided to try a place on the river where we could kayak. The place is exactly as shown and very clean. We feel like it is a safe area also and ghe owner is very nice. We willbe back!

Love Coco Beach!

Beautiful location. The inside of the condo is nice. Very clean and updated. Quiet neighborhood great for walking. It was great having the dock out back to go on. There is a ton of wildlife in the area. We we saw dolphins and manatees up close at the dock. Would have given a higher rating if we hadn’t had two episodes with the property manager’s large dogs. One lunging at our small dog and growling when we walked by.
