Great location, tons of amenities in the unit, on the beach with access to cocoa beach easily and Kennedy space center. Restaurants like Rustys and Grill were amazing. Definately will be back.

This particular unit is in the perfect location on the property. Lower floor, near the pool and beach access, as well as parking. All of the basic needs were there with a little bonus for the kids like beach toys, books, and movies.

The property is older, but is well maintained and perfectly located on the beach. No issues with parking, check in, check out, or anything else.

Wonderful getaway

We had a great time at the beach and this place is perfect! It is set up with everything you need and the location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and short drive to lots of shops and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was watching a launch the New Glenn from the beach and it was Awesome!! Thanks!!!

Cute and Cozy

This condo was perfect for my husband and I. It is a beachfront building, but the patio for this specific condo faces the adjacent parking lot and the walkway to the beach. You can walk out of the back door and have your toes in the sand in less than two minutes. They have beach chairs, sand toys, and beach blankets stocked in the condo for your use. It is close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and local attractions. The bed was so comfortable after a long day of walking and kayaking. The owner was very communicative. They made us fully aware of light construction work being done on the property and rates were discounted due to this. They also accommodated my early check in arrangements and booking modification to allow us to come straight to the condo when arriving in town. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

We had an amazing time, and stayed at a perfect condo for our family, kids loved it! Having a king bed, and a pull out for the kids. So close to the beach, and the pool, and tennis/basketball courts. Such a nice place, that we already started talking about when we want to come back!

Great little condo!!

Really enjoyed our time at this condo on the beach. Loved having access to the hottub. We had to extend our trip for another night and they were extremely accomodating. Would definitely recommed for a couple.

Pros and cons.

The location, price, kitchen amenities, bathrooms, bedroom were all spot on. The listing was not very clear regarding the washer and dryer NOT being in the unit. Also, you may want to post the laundry room code in the condo somewhere, not just buried in the welcome email. The living room furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. Also, after first day, office responses to concerns were nonexistent.
