Everything about this trip exceeded my expectations. The studio was so quaint and the views spectacular. I know Perkins Cove can be busy but this place was so peaceful and quiet. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick trip to get away from it all.

This is a unique property: a view from the porch of Oarweed Cove, the Marginal Way and the Atlantic Ocean; from the driveway you are steps from Perkins Cove’s shops, restaurants and harbor. We enjoyed our stay, especially the ocean views and sounds.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your recent stay with us. We appreciate your comments and apologize if any aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We understand that you had concerns about parking, and we want to assure you that we did take steps to protect your designated parking space with an orange cone as is our standard practice. We also facilitated an early check-in for you, ensuring a smooth start to your stay which was not mentioned in your comments. Regarding the location of your unit on the Oceanside, we believe our property description accurately reflected the quieter atmosphere of the area. While Perkins Cove is a popular destination with restaurants and shops, our property's tranquil setting was intentionally highlighted as a unique feature. Many that have experienced Tides Edge have had a wonderful time and booked for 2026 As you can see in the previous guest reviews. We strive to provide exceptional hospitality and ensure that all our guests have a wonderful experience. We hope that despite any issues, you found some aspects of your stay with us to be satisfactory. We wish you well in your future travels and appreciate the opportunity to have hosted you. Best regards,

The private beach was perfect for paddle boarding, high tide swimming, and an evening cocktail. There was also lots of great road biking routes right out the door. The host, Jason, was very communicative and the check-in and checkout process was super easy. We will be back!!

The ocean at your feet!

The condo was immaculately clean with tasteful decor. The owner/host was charming and so informative. We had everything we needed. The best part of our stay was hearing the sound of the ocean waves rolling in. Mornings were delightful waking up to the beautiful sight of the rocky coast.
