LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!! If you want the best location in Ogunquit, where you won't have to get in a car to do anything, this condo is for you. You can walk to everything in town - Main Street, Perkins Cove, beaches, dining, shopping, the Ogunquit Playhouse, trolley stops and everything else OGT has to offer. This unit is conveniently located between Downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove, has ocean views from the deck and is just a 2-3 minute walk from the Marginal Way.

The beautiful, rocky, sandy beaches along the Marginal Way are just a brief walk from the condo, with the main beach being about a 10-15 minute walk.
At low tide, the little beaches connect to the town's unsurpassed 3 mile-long sandy beach. Trolleys also run seasonally from the bottom of Israel Head road to the beach during peak season, making access very easy for families.

This condo is located on Israel Head Road, just off Shore Road in an upscale residential neighborhood with quiet streets conducive to walking and biking. On the first floor there is an elevator for your convenience, along with card-operated laundry facilities. There is a recently redecorated lobby and a community room with fireplace, library, cable TV, DVD and a dining room facing the ocean. The grounds have beautifully manicured gardens and shrubs, a large heated pool, outdoor grills and tennis courts. The outdoor space is perfect for cooking out with family and friends. There is parking for 2 cars for our condo.

Our air-conditioned condo is on the second floor front and faces the pool area. From the deck you have a stunning view of the ocean. The unit has been updated in recent years with a newer kitchen, brand new bathroom flooring in one bathroom and brand new air conditioners in each space. The unit features a huge bedroom with a pool view, queen bed and twin bed, 2 large dressers and plenty of storage and comfy furniture. There is cable TV and free wi-fi. A full bath connects to the bedroom.

The living room faces the pool and has sliding glass doors opening onto our ocean-view deck. There is a full-size Murphy bed (it pulls out from closet doors) along with cable TV, and free wi-fi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and other helpful kitchen tools. There is another full bath off the hallway adjoining the kitchen and living room.

This space is perfect for couples or smaller families, and can comfortably sleep 4-5 people.

The listing was described accurately for the awesome location and the amenities inside the condo. What I did not expected was that it would be in an extremely old building with pipe work and plumbing exposed and a very bad smell upon entering the building. The Condo had some issues on cleaning. The beds desperately need to be replaced with some good comfortable bedding. They felt very old and worn out. We very much enjoyed the location. If I were the owner, I would want to know about these and make changes to the description and the issues. That carpet was disgusting!! I’m thankful I brought my own coffee pot so I did not have to use the one in the condo that was equally as disgusting and a health risk. Silverware drawers nasty as well. Your condo has such potential to be absolutely adorable, but I was very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and that I did not know ahead of time it was an old building with sagging floors and a very bad smell in the lobby. I feel like you all are just doing the bare minimum to list in VRBO for people like me who love to travel and love a very clean environment. please level up. I debated on telling you about these issues, but if it were me, I would want to know. I can’t recommend a place to my friends that isn’t clean and comfortable. I feel like communication with the owner was OK we really did not communicate with him while we were there.

Our second stay was as great as our first at this well-stocked, clean condo in fantastic location just off the marginal way in the middle of walkable Ogunquit! Michele and Jonathan were very easy to work with and check-in/check-out processes very efficient! Definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Great place

Excellent Vacay

Staying in this condo helped make our first time in Ogunquit very enjoyable. The immaculate space was well-equipped and easy to live in. Having 2 full bathrooms was a big plus. The well maintained grounds had beautiful plantings and lawns with gazebo, grills, and seating. The convenient pool area was a welcome relief after walking up the and down the hills. The view of Marginal Way from the back of the building was amazing. The location and condo were ideal. Thank you, Jonathan and Michelle.

Great condo in fantastic location

We had a great stay at this very well equipped, clean, and comfortable condo as our homebase in Ogunquit. Hosts have thought of everything! The location is perfect for access to all the shops, restaurants and bars along Shore Rd and the center of town. The nearby walkable beach and Marginal Way were a highlight. Thank you!!

Anniversary Weekend!

The Butlers have a little bit 'o heaven at their Lookout Condo. It's clean, comfortable, spacious, and the proximity to the ocean, Marginal Way, restaurants and shops can't be beat! The entire area is just so beautiful. Our hosts were a delight to work with--responsive, thoughtful and kind. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect Spot!

Our first trip to Ogunquit and we picked the perfect spot. So close to walk to everything…The Marginal Way, Perkins Cove, restaurants etc. The condo was just as described, beautiful grounds, had everything we needed and we loved sitting on the balcony each morning for coffee. So peaceful!

Relaxing Stay, Fabulous Location!

Just returned from 5 relaxing nights in this unit. The hosts do a great job making it very easy to jump right into your vacation from the well-stocked kitchen to the provided beach chairs! The central location between perkins cove and the main beach is ideal with everything in walking distance (with a footpath right out the back of the complex that leads to the marginal way). The complex is on a quiet residential street and while the unit technically looks at the pool, it’s across the street so noise from the pool was never a problem and we too enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck looking at the water. Thanks to the hosts for sharing their property and we look forward to a return trip!

Comfortable Condo, Great Location

The condo was comfortable with lots of space in the bedroom. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. The location was perfect, close to Marginal Way and the main street. Both the main beach and Perkins Cove were walkable. I would definitely consider staying in this condo again in the future.

Great location! There were three of us so The Murphy bed was great and comfortable. We left it open while we were there and still had plenty of room. The unit had everything we needed for our stay.

Great October Get-away!

Loved the unit's proximity to the Marginal Way as well as both Perkin's Cove and downtown Ogunquit. The unit had everything we needed, and the process was seamless. Jonathan was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Thank you for a great long weekend in Maine!

Great place and location

Great location, clean, functional. Bed linens and towels that were provided were great and plentiful. It was extremely helpful to find that basic items in the kitchen were available if needed! Thank you!
