＃6マンションヒルコンド：ルーンマウンテンスキーリゾートのサウスピークの景色。テニスコートとプールを見下ろす2階に2ベッドルーム、2バスルーム。 コンドミニアムは明るく、エンターテインメントとリラックスを簡単にするためのオープンフロアプランがあります。 リビングルームにあるStストーブは、テニスコート、プール、広々とした芝生のエリアを見渡す大きなデッキに通じるスライダー付きです。 洗濯機/乾燥機、独立したダイニングエリアを備えた完全装備のキッチン。 マスターBRには、専用バスルーム付きのクイーンベッドがあります。 広い2番目のベッドルームにはツインベッドがあります。 リビングルームには、フラットスクリーンテレビとDVDがあります。 ケーブルテレビと無線インターネットサービスを利用できます。
コンドミニアムは、新しい家具とすべての花崗岩のカウンタートップで完全に改装されました。

Empty refrigerator & freezer. Dryer & washer are emptied and dryer trap is cleaned out. Close all lights & lock doors. Winter time turn thermostat to 55 degrees. Please return keys to the lock box.

Delightful Summer in Lincoln NH

We really enjoyed our 3 month summer stay and took full advantage of being in the White Mts. The owners were a pleasure to deal with and promptly replied to our text messages when questions arose. The condo is updated and very well kept. The layout is perfect for visiting family members. Everyone enjoyed the leather loveseat and couch. It was the perfect place to relax after a long days hike. Very comfortable, affordable and a great location.

Stayed here to have a central access for all of the Northeast and Canada. Proved to be a great choice. We were here for a month and never ran out of things to do and go see. Condo is clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Had all the comforts and needs you would require for a short or an extended stay. It is a very nice location with easy access to all types of activities. We even left for a few days and went into Canada. Again, very easy to do and worth the trip if you are in the area. Literally the only thing that I had as a disappointment is that the hot tub in the club house wasn't in operation. Not the owners fault - probably the time of year. I would definitely recommend this condo for a couple or a family. Can't think of one thing to complain about!!

Summer 2022

Upon our arrival there was an issue with the refrigerator that was addressed within a few hours. Denise was great addressing it. The community just re-did a brand new tennis court and pickle ball. It’s very bright and open, it does face south. There are several floor fans in the unit. Overall it’s very comfortable and we had a very pleasant extended stay.

Hi and Welcome from the Sweeney Family. We purchased our Mansion Hill Condo in 1990. Our son, Sean was 9 months and daughter, Cara 2 years old. We enjoyed hiking the 4000 footers, sking Loon and Canon Mountains, finding swimming holes, canoe trips, picnics, river rafting, and great family dinners.
We want other families and couples to enjoy our experiences and come vacation in New Hampshire.
We rent the ski season as a block time of 185 consecutive days. Spring, Summer and Fall; rentals are on a weekly and monthly bases.

Mansion Hill Condo # 6 is the 1st Condo Building with the Pool and Tennis Courts as part of your entertaining area. Views of Loon Mtn Ski Resort's South Peak.

The town of Lincoln is in the middle of 2 beautiful ski resorts: Loon Mtn. Ski Resort (5 miles) and Cannon Mtn. Ski Resort (10 Miles) Ski Resorts.

The town of Lincoln is on the Kangamagus Highway, with swimming holes, restaurants, hiking trails, and many more 4 season activities for everyone to enjoy.

Events and Craft Fairs are always going on in the area.

Golf is 10 Minutes away.

Rt 93 is 3 Miles from Mansion Hill Condo # 6

Lincoln is a cute little town with great amenities. Proximity to Ski within 2-5 miles to Loon and Cannon Mts. Hiking the Appalachian trails, swim great river water holes. Towns of Lincoln and Woodstock have great restaurants to enjoy.
The community has a pool and tennis courts for easy of relaxing and staying on the property.
The condo has been totally renovated. It’s bright, clean and airy with an open floor plan.
