Beautiful Family-Friendly and Pet-Friendly home with four bedrooms. Large and bright living room with access to porch, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. This older styled home is perfect for any family with a four-legged furry family member. A large fenced in backyard and patio perfect for any family gathering.
It is only a 10 minute drive to the US Cellular Community Park and Harry and David Fields. The town of Ashland is only a 15 min drive where you can see the Shakespeare Festival, walk through Lithia Park, and eat delicious food!

Great Place to Stay in Medford

The property was lovely, roomy, well furnished, and extremely well equipped. The kitchen, dining room, and living room were all great gathering places for our five-sibling getaway. We went hiking nearby and took in a play in Ashland. A great place to stay!

Peaceful get-a-way

This property was perfect for time with our daughter and son in law and time away from a stressful job. The owners thought of everything, so everything we needed was there and more. We spent hours on the patio, drinking coffee, talking, watching the deer and turkeys wander through the property. We had planned to spend most of our time in Ashland, but we ended up spending most of our time at the house. The beds were comfy and so was the big couch in the living room. The furniture on the front porch was perfect for morning coffee and reading. In some of the pictures it looks like there is another house very near, but it is a building on the property, you can't see any other homes. My husband had to deal with some work issues and the Wi-Fi handled the large files just fine. We absolutely wish we lived closer so that this could be a place we could come to often.

Wonderful Graduation stay

Peaceful escape to a charming home set in the wooded hills. Wildlife to watch while enjoying coffee from several outdoor patios/decks.very easy communication with owner. Highly recommended!!

Wellness Week

Our family spent a wonderfully relaxing week in Medford at this house. It is just as described, but the patios are even better than expected. There are several gathering places inside and out where we played games and enjoyed the summer air. The house is within 10-20 minutes of most local attractions. Highly recommended!

Quiet retreat

Everything we needed, so nice and quiet.

Such a quiet location to watch the wildlife, including deer, wild turkeys, squirrels, blue Jays, and bunnies. Everything we needed and things we didn't know we needed was provided except food. Loved the obviously hand painted art work. It felt like home, but cleaner!!! Thank you so much! Would stay here again!

Great country home

This was a great place to stay for a weekend at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The home was well apportioned and the wildlife in the area was a treat to see. We will return for a pet friendly visit to the area the next time. Thank you!

Paradise in Oregon

I have traveled the world and this stay is now in the tops for places to stay and return to. We loved the OSF and loved even more sitting on the porch of this home, enjoying the flowers and deer. Owner did not overlook anything - everything a person could possibly want or need was there. Absolutely perfect!

Wish I would have brought the Dog!

Great House! Very clean and comfortable. Good communication with the owners. Kitchen well stocked. We only needed food. Beds were very comfortable. Several outdoor places set up to sit and enjoy the outside and watch the wild things. We saw deer, turkeys, jack rabbits, birds and lizards. One deer even came on the porch to enjoy the potted plants. Great to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. Would definitely come and stay again... With the dog!

A Haven in the Foothills

We were so impressed with this Medford, OR home. The house was beautiful with wonderful amenities. There was a large kitchen with several outdoor and indoor seating options. We saved money by cooking our meals. The kitchen utensils were well stocked, so you just need to make a trip to the grocery store. There is plenty of wildlife that comes up to the property. We saw several deer and fawns during our stay. The property is a short drive to town or to Ashland, and we were able to see some of the plays at the Shakespeare Festival and enjoy the Rogue Valley. We're looking forward to coming back again.

Beautiful secluded oasis

Amazing daily wildlife - Deer, turkeys, hares, and lizards. The bed we're so comfortable and the home was very inviting. The dogs had an amazing time as well.
