The master suite features a King bed and a flat-screen TV. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room and Twin bunk beds off the living room, allowing the unit to accommodate up to 6 people.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook and access to the patio. This unit also offers free Wi-Fi, 55-inch flat-screen Smart TV and DVD player in the living room, a washer and dryer, large patio with access to the pool area.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix East is loaded with all the amenities you need including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tub, kids splash pad, tennis court, basketball hoop, fitness room, racquetball court, and sauna. The complex also offers free wireless internet building-wide. Phoenix East is a smoke-free building including pool decks, balconies, and other common areas. Smoking is allowed in the designated area only.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in January and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
