The guest will have full access to the entire home which has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an open living room and kitchen area. There is plenty of street parking which tends to be more convenient for guests as the driveway to the back parking spot is narrow. There is on-street parking located in the front of the home. The back parking lot is saved for the home in the back of the home which is also a short-term rental.
Other things to note
✹ The homeowner leaves a vehicle onsite which is located in the parking lot area.
✹ This is a second short-term rental that is located behind the front main home.
✹ The home has central heat and AC window units.
✹ Parking on the main street in front of the house is best and free. There is parking close to the back house but there is a steep driveway and tight spot to get by the house.
