Perfect place to stay!

The place was exactly as described, very clean and had amazing views! Our host was easy to communicate with and we highly recommend this condo to those who want to stay right on the beach. I think the only improvement we would have liked is the lack of spices that I find at many other places I stay. It's something our family enjoys when traveling and having the ability to cook, but not buy and either bring home or discard brand new spices. Not a big deal, but mentioning for those who think like me. I am sure there is a good reason for it.

Gorgeous and Comfortable Beach Condo

Beautifully updated Gulf front condo with spectacular views. Well supplied kitchen, comfortable beds and everything you need for a great stay. The owner is easy to communicate with and sincerely concerned about ensuring a great experience. Conveniently close to restaurants in Perdido Key and Orange Beach. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely beautiful!! Very clean!!! Plenty of room to spread out. Everything updated and the decor was priceless. The easy of checking in and out was great. Security at the condo was also a plus. Love the pool area and the decks just pass the pool was nice. Beach was also kept very clean. We will be back.

Cloudy with a bit of a hurricane...

We went down to this condo for our 50th anniversary... The hurricane was coming in so we had to find other things to do. The balcony has only two chairs on it and is very small for the size of the condo. The tv had very limited package and no way to do your own netflix to view more on their tv. The master was not cleaned very well with dirt hanging from the fan and master bath was not cleaned very well at all. The front room had chips and sand on rug, under furniture and in furniture. We were there at low season but paid a higher price, so that is why it should of been better done... It's a nice layout and big kitchen... We had owned a high end condo on Pensacola Beach for the last 16 yrs and are quite experienced at what it takes to run it successfully as a rental. Mostly it requires constantly checking to insure it was being cleaned and maintained properly to our satisfaction and keeping it upgraded as well. This unit is beautiful, a great location, and had a lot going for it, but it missed the mark on cleanliness & upgrades a bit.
