Icaria Great Filling House

The House is located at Xanthi Village 2km from Evdilos port.
It is built on the highest point of Xanthi Village which combines quite and and nice view.

The space
It is a two floor with internal stairway. In the 1st Floor there are 3 rooms (2 rooms have queen beds and 1 with two single beds) and a bathroom. All Rooms have their own balcony and view at sea. On the lower floor, there is an open plan kitchen with dinning space and living room, 1 Room with queen bed and bathroom. From the Lower floor you have access to sun terrace. Access to the house takes 3 minutes walk from parking.

Catamaran cruise

Stopped here after our Catamaran cruise. We had a party of 10 (4left us in Athens). The house, the neighbors, the village and the restaurants were everything you could want. We rented a van for our party. Beware the driveway to the house is treacherous for a large car. Get 2 small cars and you will be bettter off. The only suggestion would be to have a nice coffee maker. The coffee pods were great but we had a hard time finding additional pods for the unit in the home. The mattresses are tough on an old back, a softer supportive matrices would be a nice touch. The snacks and wine were a pleasant surprise being we got in late and didn’t have time to shop.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the coffee maker. The coffee pods provided are indeed a welcome gift, and we also have additional pods available at the Evdilos port supermarket for any future needs. Regarding the mattresses, we strive to maintain high-quality furnishings throughout the house, which has only been rented for two years. We understand that comfort can vary from person to person, and we will keep your suggestion in mind as we continue to improve our property. We also noticed some minor damage to our furniture during your stay. We believe this might have influenced your review, and we hope that in the future, any concerns can be addressed directly so we can resolve them promptly.
