A captivating destination is renown for its natural beauty, with dramatic Mountains and picturesque beaches blanketed with Olive groves and vineyards where most of the population live to enjoy Longevity.
The town of Magganitis is serviced by Daily boats to the Capital of St Kirikos and by road to several beautiful towns. The Island has an Airport and Daily Ferries.
Lots of Tavernas and Cafe Bars are all over the Island.
The Cottage can sleep up to 5 people and is right next door to a Taverna/Mini Mart and the views are Beach and Mountain views.
There is free carparking with a Safe for your valuables, Beach gear, Full kitchen and Fridge, Coffee machine, extinguisher, Free wifi, 2 Airconditioners, cooling and heating. Bathroom toilet and bed linen and towels provided.
Several festivals occuer throughout the year and nightclubs in night clubs in the Capital. Authentic Greek cultural with local healthy cuisine and learn the secrets of Longevity.
Its a hidden gem that must be experienced.

I had a wonderful stay in Ikaria. The house is very cozy and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You do need to adapt a little, as it’s a simple place with a few quirks, but that’s part of its charm — and the price is absolutely fair for what it offers.What really made my stay unforgettable was Evangelos and the local community. Everyone was incredibly kind, open, and genuinely hospitable, making me feel at home from the very first day. I left Ikaria with great memories and a real sense of connection — I’d definitely love to come back one day.

Really enjoyed my time In Manganitis. The people were so nice

Air conditioning/heating unit never worked in bedroom. Otherwise everything was good. People were really nice and friendly. Loved the cuisine. Explored the island Evdilos, Agios, Pigi and Raches. The roads are unique, too say the least. Locals have invited me back, we will see.

The Cottage is very close to fabulous beaches like Seychelles Beach and next to a Mini Mart and Taverna making it very convenient. The locals are very friendly and helpful.
