Welcome to Kirmar Cove!
This sun-kissed, surf spot is a sophisticatedly renovated, California-inspired home with one-of-a-kind pieces, many locally sourced. Its upbeat design with midnight blues and emerald greens with relaxing coastal elements of light blue, tan, and earthy greens with calming textural materials will make you want to stay forever. After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local breweries, visiting Legoland, or the Carlsbad Flower Fields, come back to enjoy the laid-back, neutral sandy hues and watery blues with spacious indoor and outdoor areas complete with a grill and fire pit.
• Property is in the heart of South Oceanside west of the I-5 Freeway.
• Freshly remodeled vacation home complete with a King master bedroom, 3 Queen bedrooms, 1 full day bed, and a futon in the master bedroom for additional sleeping arrangements.
• The master bedroom and living rooms come with smart TVs.
• The house is complete with a spacious front patio where you can relax around your own fire pit.
• Complete with a fenced-in, cafe light-lit patio perfect for sharing time with family and friends.
• Newly renovated, fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs available for your stay.
• Short drive to Carlsbad flower fields, Legoland, and all other attractions Oceanside and Vista have to offer.
• There is the potential for noise from the interstate.
• Rentspree application required for reservations of 28 nights or more and be approved based on the report by the owner.
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and protect your stay:
• The minimum age to book is 25.
• We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
• All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.
• To be part of the future of the Guest Experience, we provide the Guest Portal, which contains information like door code entry and wifi info, via our third-party partner DACK. This information can be accessed through a downloaded app or through a web link.
• Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removal pads for your convenience!
• Pets are subject to the owners approval and additional fees apply. Please inquiry with the age, weight, and breed of your pet and we will let you know the associated pet fee if approved. Please note there will be a $200 fee if a pet is brought to the home without paying the pet fee. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
• Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
-No smoking in the house ($200 fee for breaking)
-No parties on the premises ($300 free for breaking)
-No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)
-We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property. ($200 fee for breaking).
