Pam is wonderful; she provides great information and tips on how to enjoy this fun unique place called the Conch Republic. The condo was very clean and adorable. The view of Smithers beach was great. It was so relaxing to sit and watch the palm trees and water. It was nice to be away from the bustling part to enjoy a very nice peaceful home base.

Wonderful affordable place to stay

Wonderful, affordable, and very clean condo. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a week in Key West. Condo was very nice, but the bed was very hard, which my wife loved, but hurt my back every night. Very nice and clean pool with lush tropical landscaping surrounding it and it does have elevators. The view is nice, but being on the 1st floor it is a bit obstructed by the parking lot and road traffic across the street, but beautiful looking over all of that. However, it was a few miles to restaurants, excursions, and shopping. So you either have to rent a bike, which we were too old to safely ride, or a golf cart at about 160 bucks a day to get around, or just uber everywhere at about 15 bucks a ride. A small car is an option, but parking is nearly impossible to find downtown where everything is located. SO staying on the East end of Key West is quite and peaceful, and affordable but again far away from daily activities.in Old Town Key West. With all of that said, it was a very nice week and we would consider staying here again.

Comfort of your own home.

We were there 2 weeks and felt like we were at our own home. View of beach was great and relaxing to look at during the day. There were close good restaurants to walk to in 10 minutes. We used Lyft to get around and it was so inexpensive. Enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Directions for staying there were very clear and the owner had good tips.

Christmas holiday

In spite of the pretty cloudy week, we had a wonderful stay. The condo is beautiful and well-equipped, the lovely beach is just across the street, and the Old Town/Duval Street area is just a short bike ride or Uber trip away. Highly recommend Pam’s place and would definitely return!

Key West vacation

The condo was great! The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. The condo was clean and exactly like it was described. There is parasailing right across the street and i highly recommend it. We had a great stay!

Wonderful accommodations!

My husband and I had been planning a trip to Key West for his 60th Birthday and my 56th birthday for over a year. In looking for ideal accommodations I read the reviews of our premier host and was impressed. Well, our expectations were certainly met and more. Our host made communication very easy, giving excellent instructions, recommendations, and was so easy to reach. We were quite happy with our stay and have decided to use her for future stays. Thank you so much! I hope others are able to experience this trip and use her. She is Awesome!

Beautiful condo and spectacular view of the beach. Key west was much more expensive than anticipated. Harpoon Harry's was the best for breakfast. The owner left tons of info and tips at the condo.. not a place for people with mobility issues.

This property was just as listed. It’s beautifully decorated island style. Pam has put a lot consideration into stocking the kitchen and so much storage throughout the condo. Comfortable bed. We will enjoyed our coffee on the patio and the view was so relaxing.

Very well equipped!

We thoroughly enjoyed our accommodations at La Brisa! The condo was just as described online. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. The view was excellent and we really appreciated the covered parking. It was easy to get in and out of and was the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay during our daughter's wedding week! Great Condo in Key West

The property is across the street from the beach, and includes a heated pool and hot tub. The condo itself has everything needed for a comfortable stay, from beach towels, sand chairs, and a cooler, to kitchen amenities, to a washer/drier. The best part is the file of recommendations for local points of interest and restaurants, written up by the property manager Pamela. Although it's a hike from the condo to the main downtown area, bike rentals are an option, and if you rent a car, there's a parking space in the condo complex for the car. GREAT OPTION for a relaxing Key West vacation!

Beautiful Place

This place is Perfect! Everything was so Clean and looks just like the photos! Just a few minutes from Southernmost Point and Duval Street and The Marina…. Perfect for Beach Lovers as Smathers Beach is across the road to walk to! We stayed Saturday to Saturday and loved every second! The View from the Balcony is Awesome! Quiet with an amazing view.

We came for Fantasy Fest. It was only a short scooter ride to the action and craziness of Duval St. It was nice to have a place to come back to that was away from the action. The beach is literally across the street and the pool was quiet and relaxing too. I recommend this unit and the host was easy to communicate with.

Wonderful

Jungle Breeze condo exceeded all of our expectations. Beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped kitchen, with a nice outdoor space and beautiful view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

A Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the condo at LaBrisa very much. While it took us a few days to learn how to navigate through and around the huge construction project outside our door, we truly enjoyed beautiful Smathers Beach and the "on demand" transit rides into the Old Town. It was easy living in the condo because it had everything we needed...a well-stocked beautiful kitchen, beach towels, and a veranda that faced the beach with those swaying palm trees! (Being near the beach, for us, was more important than being in the heart of Duval.) We had a wonderful week.

Very nice private condo!

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon in Key West, and it was a nice condo! Right across from Smathers Beach which is beautiful. We had a great time.

I have been living in Key West since 1992 having moved here from Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been doing vacation rentals since 2004 and my three properties keep me plenty busy. My properties are strictly rentals and they are not a second home. I operate as a business using my Florida Corporation called Scotia, Inc. and the rentals are my primary source of income. All three properties are licensed as transient rentals with both with the City of Key West and with the State of Florida.

Your Condo by the Beach, The Jungle Breeze has a long name because of it's history of being known as the Jungle Breeze Condo since 2004 and I added the "Beach" reference when I started advertising with HomeAway. The water view from this condo is superb and a rarity in Key West Vacation Rentals. I am thrilled to be able to offer such a unique vacation rental. I lived at the LaBrisa Condominiums property many years ago and have served on the Board of Directors. It is an exceptionally well maintained property with onsite management. The LaBrisa property is gated and offers excellent security. The public beach across the street is a constant source of activity and people watching pleasure.
