This was our second time staying at Aruba Bay, and we will continue this trend in the future. The living, dining, and bedroom arrangements are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family/extended family of 12 people. The pools are the stars of the property, and my nine-year-old mentions the water slides at least once per month.We had no issues during this stay. I highly recommend this property!

Access to beach, pool and fishing was absolutely perfect!We reported the porch lights and driveway flood lights were not working but were not remedied during our short stay, hopefully that was completed for the next guests! We did not report (but doing so here) the smoke alarm near downstairs bedroom went off twice during our 3 day stay for no reason; might need the batteries changed since it was pretty loud!!

Great Condo

Overall we loved the condo and property. The pools were nice and maintained and the condo was nice. We didn’t receive our code until after 4pm when I had to email to let them know it was past 4pm and we did not have it yet. The condo was mostly clean, but the floors were dirty, leaving black on the bottoms of people feet and the sheets were not put on the bed properly. It took an entire day for the fridge to get cool, leaving our groceries warm. The AC would not get lower than 74 degrees. We did have issues with the front door not shutting and the backdoor knob fell off. We did contact management and they sent someone out immediately to fix it. Overall we did love the condo and would stay here again.

Clean but kitchen was lacking

Overall the house was clean except for the box spring cover. I pulled back the sheets to get in bed to find sauce dripped down the side of the box spring cover. There is NO way the house cleaner didn’t see it! Just made me question the cleanliness of the bed sheets if that was missed. Eww.The kitchen had1 medium sized pot & no fry pans or skillets. There were no serving bowls. It was extremely difficult to cook meals which was so frustrating as we planned to cook all of our meals there. We were led to believe it was a fully stocked kitchen. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs & never had such a poorly stocked kitchen.

Okay

The place was comfortable but maintenance couldn’t get fix our wifi for the tv until the day before we left which was frustrating. The back yard gate was broken on arrival as well as the garden hose was busted. One of the bedrooms was lacking a remote for its tv and the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. There might be a loose piece of siding that flaps against the building and is very annoying at night in the downstairs bedroom. Just several things that made me frustrated we paid the amount we did for this property over others.

Fantastic Family Getaway at Our Beach Times

We had a fantastic stay at Our Beach Times! The location is perfect—just a short drive to the beach, making it super convenient for our family. The property is well-maintained and welcoming, with plenty of space for everyone. One of the highlights was the pools. The main pool was a hit with the 8-year-olds - what kid doesn't love enclosed water slides? The other pool was the perfect spot for the younger kids to splash around while we relaxed nearby. We loved being able to enjoy family time by the pool after a day at the beach. Overall, this place is ideal for families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay at Our Beach Times

The property page on the site says 5 min walk to the beach, it’s more but still close. If you have kids and a lot to bring to the beach I would drive not walk. I run a couple miles a day and I enjoyed being able to run on the Seawall and see the water. They have a pool on site, great for kids after they have enough of the beach. The property also offers gas grills and a couple charcoal ones too, which is really great if you want to cook and not eat out every meal. They have a dock you can walk down and fish off of too. Really great location and very quiet. We enjoyed our week there, definitely be back next year! Note for the property management- the shower upstairs has a curved shower rod that is screwed into the wall upside down or put in weird which made showering in there annoying because the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed.

Clean & Comfortable

This property was great for our party of eight! Everything was clean and well stocked. We had space to spend time together or apart. The AC and fridge worked perfectly during our stay. We didn't cook, but there were plenty of mugs, plates and utensils. The property is convenient to the beach and restaurants and we enjoyed the pickleball court, pool and fishing from the boat docks.

Hospitality that goes above and beyond!

We were down during the eclipse. When we arrived, there were a couple of pairs of Eclipse glasses present. A nice touch that made us feel extra welcome. The house was clean, instructions clear, and the access to the Yacht Club was a great touch. Close to the beach, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and showers, and the Big couch was perfect for the family to recover after a day in the sun. I highly recommend.

Nice Place That Needs a Larger HVAC Unit!

Outside of having two separate HVAC Technicians come to our home on two separate evenings, the stay was great. The single (2 Ton) HVAC Unit would not keep the downstairs area cool. The property manager even went out and purchased 3 box fans for us to use. This concern is not an issue with property management, as they responded promptly each time. The issue is with ownership or the builder going with and HVAC unit that is undersized in my opinion.

Fun weekend

Great place to stay. The Kids loved the pool. The adults loved the little back yard area to hang out in the evenings. Wish they had more parking but overall very nice stay. We would consider staying there again.
