The Allure - 2BD Near Downtown NRG/Med Center

Step inside and you'll be greeted by a beautiful and spacious living room, complete with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The open-concept layout flows into the bar area, where you'll find a stylish bar top and chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook a delicious meal during your stay, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You'll also find plenty of cookware, dishes, and utensils to use.

Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with comfortable queen-sized beds and fresh linens. The first bedroom features a stunning royal design with an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a cozy atmosphere that is perfect for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom is modern and luxurious, with a large shower and plenty of towels and toiletries provided for your convenience.

Great Stay

This rental was clean, comfortable, closely located near NRG Stadium, quiet neighborhood. I will be staying again for the next HLSR Cookoff.

The place was nice when I first entered, besides the overwhelming smell of cleaning products. Upon inspecting the home, I noticed some flaws such as the toilet paper holder being broken and also a hole in the bathroom door that’s in the hallway. I contacted the host and sent them pictures to show them, & didn’t get a response. I was there for an event and needed an iron. The ironing board & the iron box was there but no iron. I reached out to the host asking about the iron more than once & they never responded. There were also a ton of gnats/fruitflies (not sure which one) in the house. I reached out to the host regarding this & they did not respond. I literally was sitting in the dark, watching a movie and working on my laptop & killed at least seven gnats because they were drawn to the light on my computer. I also killed a bunch of them in the master bathroom. The smoke detectors in the living room & hallway were removed. I did not reach out to them about this because my other concerns with unanswered. I did take a video of it. I have pictures of everything that I’m saying just in case the host says this is inaccurate. It was a kick in the face to have the host send messages about my stay & what time checkout would be, yet ignore the messages that I sent directly above. If they fix the gnat/fruitfly issues and actually respond to their guest then they would have earned 5 stars. This is a real review & as I stated I have pictures to prove everything that I stated.

This Property was good for accommodating my guest and I. Unit was clean and was very up to date. Close the city. The rooster every morning was little much, but its Texas I guess. The block where it is this located very nice and clean. You will be in an area of where you will see locals.
