Beautiful home/apartment unit in a prime location of Houston. Good access to MD Anderson which is what we came here for, but also close to downtown and very close to Texas Southern University as well! (Across the street)

The check in was late and no response for hours after the check in time. Duplex where we met other guests and they had the same experience. No response and wrong codes for the doors. There was one day of heavy rain, where the roof leaked but he did send a contractor out the next day.

We had a great stay overall! The unit was very clean, decently stocked, and the beds and linens were especially comfortable.The security measures were very thorough, which we appreciated. While the surrounding neighborhood felt a bit uncertain at times, the added security features helped us feel more comfortable during our stay.The host communicated extremely well and answered our questions very quickly, which made everything smooth and easy. The only small issue was that the hair dryer was missing from the unit, but Andy responded right away and said he would have that corrected.Overall, a positive experience and we truly appreciated the responsiveness and care from the host.

Beautifully styled with quality furnishings, great A/C, & ceiling fans. The sofa was very stylish and comfortable. I slept great in the comfortable bed w high thread count linens. Top notch. Nice dining table for meals and we'll equipped with coffee bar items, pots & pans, utensils. All rooms have wall mounted TVs w streaming. Medical Center/MDA, HEB and freeway access nearby. The gate to enter the property has a code system which you access by walking up to the unit to enter your code. Very easy and reliable. It made me feel safe knowing there was extra protection. At first I thought I would have a hard time getting in and out of the gravelled parking area in front of the house but I didn't have any problems at all. It is a shared space with tenants staying in another unit at the property. They have it all well thought out, well measured and they have great signage. The code system to enter the house was convenient because I was able to use the same code for the front door as well as the upstairs unit B. This space is quite big and offers plenty of sleeping options. I had the place to myself and only stayed 2 days but I really enjoyed it. Great value for all the offerings and excellent communication with Host Andy!
