☆ Spacious Sleeping Arrangements: Ideal for 10-12 guests, our home features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. One convenient bedroom is located downstairs, while four others await upstairs. Each space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, making it perfect for multi-generational families. Grandparents will appreciate the convenience of the downstairs bedroom, while kids and other family members can enjoy the spacious upstairs layout. We do have an additional floor mattress in one of the upstairs bedrooms to accommodate up to 2 extra guests and a Pack & Play available for infants.

Regardless of your arrival time, you`ll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique access code will be provided to you 2 days before check in.

We`re dedicated to making your getaway perfect! For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, guaranteeing support at any time during your stay.

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $150 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet, and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Please let us know if you are traveling with a dog

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand how challenging traveling with little ones can be. That`s why we`ve made every effort to accommodate families with young kids. We provide a pack `n play with crib sheets, as well as children`s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. There are also books, games, and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy!

Guest Cleaning Disclosure (California Requirement)
We employ professional cleaners who fully service the home before and after every stay. They handle all linens, bathrooms, surfaces, and full disinfection.
We kindly ask our guests to complete the following simple tasks at checkout:
• Trash: Bag and take out all household trash.
• Dishes: Load and run the dishwasher.
• Personal Items: Remove all personal belongings.
• Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked before departure.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti is allowed.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog
• Please park in driveway. Avoid blocking neighbors’ homes or driveways.
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the spa.
• Firepit, BBQ, and fireplace must be operated by responsible adults only.
• No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
