Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.

Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.

Everything was as advertised. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Just be sure to follow the protocol prior to check-in. House was very clean, except for some stains on the carpeting. Good place in a great neighborhood.

We rented the property for our annual girls trip! It was a wonderful stay.! Communication with hosts was very easy and fast responses from them.Property was very clean which was very much appreciated!Thank you! Great all around!

My family had a great stay. The home was clean with excellent bedding. The neighborhood was perfect for taking walks and enjoying the views. We would definitely book again.

Property was easy to find, and provided ample space for all of our family. Plenty of towels and a few sundries remained (coffee and filters) from prior guests which was handy. Check process was a mostly smooth but was more involved than other rentals. (Required photo of us holding our ID next to our face as example…). The advertisement showed photos of the gym, but check in instructions stated that gym access was not included - so that was a bit disappointing. There were a few issues that the landlord should be aware of, namely;-debris under both couch and refrigerator. Very dirty. Found an old iPad behind couch and toys underneath when retrieving a toy our grandson dropped. -curtain rod over slider in kitchen is loose and fell on our daughter’s head.-severe ant problem in the kitchen around sink and upstairs bathroom off the hall.-several plants lining the walkway need to be trimmed back, they are blocking direct access on walkway.At the end of the day the property served our family nicely.

House was decorated nicely, ample space for larger family stay, huge master bathroom, comfortable beds, some toiletries provided. Nice home away from home. Jacuzzi not that clean, floors could be cleaner, no master bath door to bedroom, no privacy. Checkin instructions a little confusing- door location, states left side of house when it is right side. Air conditioner unit very loud when switching on and off, causes suction in the house with doors closed and can be surprising without notice. Wasp nest above garage. Did not utilize pool access or community arcade and parks. Toiletries that could of been provided sample sizes of toothbrush, toothpaste, mouthwash, etc.Could of used a binder of local restaurants, attractions, nearest grocery stores, etc...No communication with host needed

Great 3 night stay. However, front door, electronic lock would stick. Great pool area, which was commonly shared with community but unit only provided two beach towels for a five bedroom accommodation. Multiple lightbulbs burned out. Hot tub used but water and chemicals seem to be low. Electronic check-in might be somewhat difficult for someone IT challenged. Would probably use again! The pool area was outstanding.
