Divinity Apartment - Hunter Valley Retreat

Divinity Apartment is a wonderful 3 Bedroom Hunter Valley hideaway set on 200 acres of beautiful Australian bush-land at the foot of the majestic Watgan Mountains just 20 minutes from the Hunter Valleys Wine region in Quorrobolong. It is the closest gateway to the Hunter Valley, at only 90 minutes’ drive from Sydney, 40 minutes from Newcastle and 20 minutes to the vineyards. Come for a weekend or a whole week and appreciate the wonder of fresh country air, abundant wildlife and bush outlook.

Comfortable, clean rooms set up to sleep a group of friends, an extended family, a Wellness Retreat or a Corporate stay. Enjoy watching the wallabies in the bush paddock behind or listening to the birds with a good book. Known for it's quiet and bush outlook, Hunter Valley Retreat is perfect to do just that - Retreat! This unique offering is Pet Friendly.

Bedding Configuration:
Your Apartment includes 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Bedding configuration is:
Rm 1: King (OR 2 Single Beds) (2)
Rm 2: King (OR 2 Single Beds) (2)
Rm 3: Queen

Kitchen:
Open plan living room, Kitchen, with microwave, stove with oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, outdoor entertainment area with BBQ, and private entrances.

Food & Drink:
Please bring along all food and drink you would like to enjoy during your stay. The Dining Room is open for Continental Breakfast and Private functions on request (Min 20 Guests). A pre-bookable Menu is available for Catering Packages and our staff are happy to suggest local Take Away/Delivery options and Pet Friendly Restaurants/Cafes suggestions

Internet:
Whilst we encourage guests to detox from tech during their stays, Wifi internet is available when you are in close range of our Restaurant/Reception area.
This Wifi is ideal for checking emails and social media, but if you require more substantial internet for Zoom meetings or Streaming, please bring your own Wifi Dongle or Hot Spot your Personal Mobile. Best Mobile coverage is with Telstra services.

Heating & Cooling in Rooms:
Our Retreat does not have in room Air Conditioning. During the Warmer Months of the year, your room will have Pedestal and/or Ceiling Fans for your use. During the Cooler Months of the year, your room will have Heaters and a Wood Fire for your use as well as heavy winter blankets.

Noise Curfew:
Please be advised that we have a noise curfew of 10.30pm. This is a retreat where people come to rest and rejuvenate in a quiet and serene environment. We appreciate you being respectful of other guests & local neighbours as noise travels easily.

Campfire:
On most Saturdays you are welcome to join all guests at the Common Area Campfire, located near Reception. The Campfire will kick off from approximately 6pm. Bring along a glass of wine to enjoy and some marshmallows to toast. Other outdoor fires are not permitted onsite.

Bush Walks /Hosted Walks on the Land:
Our site extends over 200 Acres of expansive Bush Land. A "Meeting Place", we invite you to book your hosted walk with our land custodian. Walks on Country are for all levels of fitness and interest and can include stories about significant trees, native animal tracks, energetic connection with land. Unguided bush walking is only recommended for guests who have visited the Retreat more than once and ideally completed a Hosted walk before taking on an Unguided walk.

Wine Tours:
We are located 20 mins from Hunter Valley Vineyards and our staff can put you in touch with local tour operators to assist with Day Trips, Wine/Brewery/Distillery Tours and Transfers. For Concert Transfers, please book with Rover Coaches who pick up from our venue.

Conference Room:
Planning a bigger gathering/event - we have a 22m Conference Room with stage available for hire. Catering and AV available. Suitable for Wellness, Church Groups, Holistic programs, corporate bookings, Weddings and parties.
