Modern, luxurious condominium recently renovated located on the 10th floor with stunning views of Atlantic Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances that overlooks the bright dining and living area with private balcony where you can unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Two bedroom two bathroom, split floor plan, master bedroom offers king bed second bedroom offers two queen beds. All condominiums are completely furnished (except for linens, towels, cleaning supplies and paper products). Dolphin Run is located on Atlantic Avenue with an awesome ocean view of Virginia Beach and the boardwalk. The property is secured 24 hours a day with secured access to the building and a security guard on the premises after normal business hours. The parking garage is gated. Coin laundry facility on each floor of the complex. Monthly rental rates available.
Please note: there are many beach events that occur in the summer that may block some access to the beach. Please check the Virginia Beach events calendar for event details - https://www.visitvirginiabeach.com/explore/events/

Events happen almost every weekend, but some of the most popular include the Boardwalk Art Show, Neptune Festival, the East Coast Surfing Championship and the Rock ‘N’ Roll Half Marathon! Virginia’s most popular state park, First Landing State Park, features trails for hiking and biking, camp sites, swimming and rental sports equipment.
Our Oceanfront offers activities throughout the day and into the night. You’ll find oceanfront dining, live music and family fun. During the summer, Beach Street USA takes over the Oceanfront with nightly entertainment and festivals. Fireworks light up the sky as often as twice a week in the summer months.
