Historic newly remodeled Loft (C) on Main St.

A brand new option for those wanting a luxury experience in Downtown Leadville! These newly rebuilt lofts are right in the middle of the action with great views and easy access to all Leadville has to offer! Enjoy high end finishes and a city loft design!
Within 30 minutes you can go to world class Copper Mountain and within 45 minutes you can get to Breckenridge or Vail! World class fly fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, zip lines and the famous Leadville railroad!

The space is very modern and open. It is clean and comfortable with all of the amenities you would need. Enjoy mountain views, and know you have the choice of several restaurants, shops and activities within minutes to the lofts.

The unit is quiet, and offers a patio off of the back of the unit.

There is off street parking for guests, and the location is very walkable.

I am here to answer any questions you may have about the unit, recommendations for restaurants, hikes, biking, and things to do. I will not bother you, if you plan to have little to no interaction. There are also manuals in the units with information on "things to do".

This building is on the main street, in downtown Leadville. You will be in the heart of it all, and the unit is very walkable to shopping, bars and restaurants. In the bottom of the building, there is a local shop, called Elevation Goods you can shop at. Within 3-4 blocks, you can find fishing tours, rent a side by side or bicycle, visit the museum, go to the cuban restaurant Bucci, get a pizza and wings from Mountain High Pies, go to the brewery, visit the oldest saloon in the US, or get a cup of coffee at one of several coffee shops! The units are on the top floor, so you can look out and people watch, as well. There is a local train you can ride, and just a short 5 minute walk to Freight, where you can also grab a drink or bite to eat.

There is one dedicated parking space per unit. The location is just about 200 yards up the street and have a sign on the surface lot, so it is easy to see. It is just behind the building. There is also other street parking around the building.

Most things are walkable from the unit, as it is in the heart of downtown.

This was our second year running staying at this room. It’s perfect for two, clean modern and comfortable. Perfect location on the main drag. If they put up one or two peices of neutral art to fill the large blank wall in the loft it would definitely go to another level. But it’s really a comfortable place to stay.

Beautiful property. A bit of a hassle getting into apartment but host was very responsive and no issues after. Right on main street walking distance to the shops restaurants. Would stay there again

Awesome property

We loved this place. Perfect location right on the main st. The place is clean and comfortable. We were heard getting acclimated for the Leadville 100MTB. If you stay here for the race you are a few steps from the start and finish.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND HOST AT ALL COSTS!!! Host stated two codes would be needed upon check-in (one for the building and for the unit). Host only provided the code the building and never provided the code for the unit. Upon arrival, we tried getting in touch with the host and were unsuccessful. After over an hour of waiting, the hosts calls me back, immediately starts cussing me out, and is extremely aggressive and hostile. He insulted me and my husband numerous times through phone call and text. He called us “f**king dumba** retards” for not being able to figure out the code on our own. Then when I sent him the screenshot of the instructions pointing out the code was missing, the host said, “You can f**king leave that place and I'll give you your refund.”We immediately worked with VRBO to get relocated and VRBO stated they will be taking action on this property and host. This stay was supposed to be for my birthday weekend and this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO. Everyone needs to be warned to stay far, far away from this property. Do not book unless you want to be verbally attacked by someone completely off their rocker.

This place was clean and location was very convenient for walking to restaurants. The only warning I would give is that the stairs to get to the unit can be challenging for elderly people and/or anyone with knee issues, etc. Great place for two! We loved it.
