Grab your linens, towels and lawn chairs and come enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Buchanan from this basic one room cabin. Sleeps up to 3. Equipped with twin over full bunk bed and table for 2. Complimentary coffee bar and use of microwave at nearby building with bathhouse for restroom facilities and showering. One block from Burnet County public boat ramp. Near Spider Mountain, Reveille Ranch, Vanishing River Cruise, Canyon of the Eagles and more. The new restaurant, Shadow & Light, next door is now open for dinner Thurs-Sat and brunch on Sunday. Give them a try.

Despite not being able to see the lake, it’s a beautiful spot. Says they’re pet friendly but with the pricklers and biting eats, I would suggest not bringing a dog. Unfortunately the microwave and k-cup brewer in the bath house didn’t work for ( even tried flipping switches on the wall and that didn’t work.) My husband got bad bites while trying to mend to the grill. I’m not sure if it’s just the time of the year but the biting ants and creeping chaff weed. Make sure to check out the night sky for the stars were amazing. Overall this spot was not ideal for my husband and I. Photos were taking while standing on the porch looking out.

Perfect

This is a perfect place for a couple of fisherman towing boats. Plenty of room to get two trailers in and out. Plus a nice, peaceful night of sleep

Fishing trip with the boys

Perfect little cabin for a two day three day fishing trip especially if you plan on fishing a lot and don’t plan on being at the cabin much and saving money on somewhere to stay super clean new cabin beds were comfortable

Beautiful Hill country in a cute little cabin.

We really enjoyed the stay. This was in a nice location, cute bar next door, grill, showers and bathroom, perfect for our trip. The app layout wasn’t as clear as on the computer. When looking at the property on the computer we realized we would need to bring sheets.

I stayed here with my cousin while we were in town for a Tough Mudder race. This place was perfect. It is clean, has locks, the grill worked great, electricity. The bath house adjacent to the sleeping quarters was clean, only about 60 steps away, and also had a microwave. Nice. This place was great.
