Guests can access the entire home and boat dock

Other Things to Note:
We are available by email, text, phone, or can be available in person if need be. This property is on excellent open water of the Colorado River, easy to boat right off the dock.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

DOG Friendly with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will also require a signed Pet Agreement as well as a copy of the current vaccinations.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
