KITCHEN- Fully stocked. Coffee maker and coffee available, fridge/freezer with ice maker and filtered water. Brand new washer/dryer.

MASTER BEDROOM- Queen bed with chargers and lights built into nightstand, massage chair available. Ceiling Fan. Blackout shades.

SECOND BEDROOM--L-shaped bunkbed, Twin over Queen. The queen bed can be accessed from either side. Blackout shades.

ALL LINENS INCLUDED: -Toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and detergent are also provided.

This unit is on the 7th floor. There are 3 high-speed elevators available with minimal wait times even in high-season. You'll have access to the entire condo plus all common areas of the Capri building (indoor pool, sundeck, arcade level, library, vending machine, gym, sauna, tennis court)

Once you check in with the building desk, you can enter the unit via smartlock.

The Capri in North Ocean City at 110th Street, just under 3 miles from Fenwick Island. Experience a family-friendly, relaxed vibe distinct from downtown bustle. As an oceanfront establishment, The Capri boasts stunning ocean vistas. Conveniently, a Food Lion is merely half a mile away, complemented by an array of fast-food and dine-in eateries

You can travel the neighborhood by car, bike, foot, or bus. There is a lot of shops/stores, restaurants within walking distance, but it is probably best to have a car available if possible.

During high season, each reservation comes with one reserved parking space on the premises-which is covered by the amenities fee. There is an additional city parking lot at 103rd street, which is approximately a 10 minute walk south.

Additional parking spaces on site can be purchased subject to availability for $10 a day.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: All guests in a non-family group must be at least 25 years old.

TOWELS-bath towels are provided, but please bring your own pool/beach towels

INDOOR POOL: Is open daily 10 am to 10 pm. However, it closes on Thursdays at 6pm for service in high season (memorial day to labor day). During off season, it may need to occasionally close for repairs. I will give as much notice as I can.

PET RESTRICTIONS: Sorry, no pets allowed for renters per building policy.

PARKING/REGISTRATION FEE: A one- time $75 parking and amenities fee is due to the Capri front desk upon check in. This fee includes ONE parking space. A second space can be purchased for $10 per night pending availability.

--RING DOORBELL/EXTERIOR CAMERA: A Ring doorbell that is capable of monitoring entry/exit to the unit is present. As with any ring camera, this device can potentially pick up conversations from close range. This is for security purposes only. There are NO CAMERAS INSIDE the unit.

--RENTAL AGREEMENT, SECURITY HOLD, AND VERIFICATION REQUIRED: --will be provided after booking reservation. Must be signed before receiving unit access code. In addition, $250 security hold must be completed and guests will be asked to send ID via secure link

--UNIT ACCESS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY: Capri Management or engineers reserve the right to access the unit if there is an emergency repair that must be made. This would only occur if absolutely necessary, and as much notice as possible will be given.

-NO REFUNDS issued due to weather conditions outside of the standard cancellation policy. Please consider purchasing travelers insurance if this is a concern. In addition, no refunds are given in the unlikely event of a power outage, however we will make every effort to help you through this situation should it arise.

-SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided. However, guests may need to purchase more supplies for extended stays.

DAMAGE WAIVER: Included in the price of your stay is the cost of a damage waiver of responsibility. More details provided via rental agreement. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

-For reservations exceeding 28 days in length, an additional rental agreement will need to be signed with additional terms, including but not limited to the right for mid stay cleanings/inspections at mutually agreeable times.
