Welcome to your dream beach house in Hampton! Only a short walk from the beach (~12 minutes), this beautifully renovated & PET-FRIENDLY apartment is now available for your perfect vacation.

Please note that this is the downstairs unit of a duplex. The apartment is only a short walk (~5 mins) from the launch pad at the end of the street for your kayak or your boat. With plenty of outdoor space, you'll have plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind during your stay.

The unit features two bedrooms, a full bath, a large living and dining area, a modern kitchen, washer & dryer in unit.

We take pride in our upkeep of the property, and our cleaners take extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We want to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable stay.

*Air mattresses also available for bigger groups*

IMPORTANT: Please note that we have a few rules in place to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Smoking, vaping, or drugs are not allowed, and we kindly ask that there are no events, parties, or large gatherings.

Any persons not previously registered/booked are not permitted to stay overnight without explicit agreement from the host

Additionally, we require guests to be at least 25 years old to book.

We've also installed a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance and a Minut noise monitor system inside the property in the kitchen/living room. These are to keep all guests safe and the property secure. Please note that the Minut device measures volume levels throughout the property and does not record sound, and we're 100% privacy compliant.

---Guest access---

Guests have access to the first floor apartment. At arrival, please go to the left hand side of the building to the first door before the gate. Guests will have access to the backyard past the the gate, but please DO NOT go up the stairs as it is the space reserved for other guests


---Other things to note---

Please be mindful of our neighbors & other guests during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.


---Other Rules / Fees---

FYI - For guests bringing pets, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean-up from your pet.

(The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture)

Check-in is 4:00 P.M.
Check-out is 10:00 A.M.

Check-out late fees are as follows:
30 minutes late = $50
2 hours late check out = daily base rate + any fees associated with disturbance of next quests' stay.

Unauthorized guests or smoking = $500
Noise complaints = $500
Tampering with technology (Ring camera, locks, noise monitor) or smoke alarms = $500
