This boho studio suite offers a queen sized bed, a queen pull out sofa, kitchenette w/ full refrigerator, microwave & small electrics plus a balcony with unobstructed ocean views. One car assigned parking included, park & walk to all attractions. Historic Newburyport & Portsmouth are nearby, ideal location!

Dated 3rd floor walk up, no elevator - would not recommend

The room was adequate but dated. Missing a lightbulb in a ceiling pot light. Very difficult to get onto the very small balcony due to the bed blocking most of the opening. TV can only be viewed from the bed or uncomfortable barstool type chairs. Don’t even look here if you have any type of disability, there is 0 accommodation.

Great cozy spot

Sue was very accommodating, letting us park prior to our check-in. The room has what is needed for an overnight stay, nice view of the ocean and nice walk to all the Hampton activities

stylish studio

This studio room was just right for our short stay at the beach! I was impressed by all the amenities provided for a small space! (couch, kitchenette w/stools, side tables, and more). The deck had a view of the ocean and the marsh! The building is right across from the beach at the quiet end, but still walking distance from the shops, music, and restaurants. I'd definitely recommend!

Cute little spot

Wonderful location and cute little studio condo apartment. So close to the beach and shops. The sofa bed had a nice memory foam mattress, but it wasn’t thick enough to not feel the bars from the frame. Otherwise, we had a nice stay!

Excellent Location, Helpful Communication

Easy to book, with helpful communication from owner/mgmt. Great location. Easy to find. Directly across from the beach, (but we did drive 3 minutes up the road closer to the center of the boardwalk for less seaweed on the beach and closer to activities.) Bed & linens comfy. Great water pressure. A young man helped us carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor, which was a plus! Good view of the beach. Safe parking spot easy to access. Cold air conditioning, which we needed! Amenities such as micro, fridge, toaster, mugs, plates, etc. Appreciated the full size mirror, lots of hooks & clothes hangers. Our room was a good size for 2 people. Might be tight for 4. Cleanliness a 4, as there was some cobwebs along the curtains & dusty under the bed, but overall good & nothing out of the ordinary. Safe location. We were satisfied, had a great shower & nights rest, and would certainly book again!

Unit was very clean and welcoming. Property was in very nice condition, contacted owner when Expedia did not auto send check in instructions, and she was just lovely, texted me the info right away.

Great Location!

My best friend and I had a lovely stay at Jonathan’s Resort at Hampton Beach! The location is perfect because we were able to walk downtown for shopping and dining nightly. The beach is a short 5 minute walk across the street. The condo looks much larger in photos than actual size. My friend and I were able to make it work but it would be challenging with 4 adults. Linens were on the double bed but only a fitted sheet was provided for the pull out. We had to go buy a quilt from Marshall’s to use while there. We also noticed that the dresser drawers weren’t wiped out, there was sand and hair on the floor and on the pull out mattress, and provided wine glasses had lip marks on the edges. The condo could have used a deeper cleaning between guests. Overall we had a great time though!

Great stay

Location is perfect! Walking to beach, restaurants and shops. Place is clean and cute! Love the view of the beach from balcony.
