Perfectly located between campus and downtown (walking distance to both). Also, a surprisingly peaceful location, hidden in an alley/parking lot to an old school little motel. Not at all expected! A pleasent surprise.

When we arrived there was no heat. We let host know and they sent a service tech. The tech was unable to get the heat fixed that night so we requested to cancel. The host only partially refunded our stay. Would not recommend.

great place to stay

we were in town for a wedding and are so happy with our decision to rent this house. convieniently located with lots of nearby attractions a short drive away. house was well kept and cozy. payed less for this entire house than family members who stayed at a hotel! host was very nice and quick to respond.

Great Place That Just needs a Few updates.

We really loved this property. The location in town is absolutely great. We walked to restaurants & bars. The town is amazing. House just needs a couple of inexpensive updates to really be comfortably exceptional.

Daughter visit at BHSU

We were looking for a place where we could stay and visit our daughter while she attends BHSU. This place was perfect. It gave us room to welcome her and her friends over for some fun. We will be back again in the future.

Property was nice and in convenient location. I don't necessarily love that front door is more in alley/parking lot but not huge deal. The host communicated well and when some people got sick we were able to add on a night.

This house was a nice size for 4 adults. Very clean, adequate kitchen utensils to fix our meals. Email from the host had all the details we needed. Very centrally located in Spearfish.

Great place

After tent camping for 3 days this was just what we needed. But, it was better than that. Clean, great location. Super easy to communicate with owner. Ready before check in time. Could not have dreamt of a better place. Hoping to return next rally and if available will love to stay here
