Center of the Northern Black Hills

Welcome to the northern black hills. This spacious 4 bedroom town house located just minutes away from the Black Hills National Forest and all it has to offer.

As you enter the foyer and main level you will walk into the center of the town home. The open arrangement lets you and your guests enjoy conversation around the Triangle Island as you prepare meals in an updated modern kitchen. The sitting room and dining area offers plenty of space and a gas fireplace. The main floor has an office for you to catch up while you are away. The main level offers a large full bathroom.

The master bedroom & bath is on the main level featuring a jet tub and walk in shower. The laundry room with front-loading machines is just off the master bath.

The main level walks out onto a large private deck for grilling and viewing the western sunset over the Black Hills.

The lower level is large and open, it has a corner bar and plenty of space for blow up mattresses for the kids. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen there is plenty of sleeping space. Two nice features downstairs are the very private outdoor hot tub out the walk out (upon request) and a new dry sauna.

The garage is 30 x 40 for your motorcycles, snowmobiles or trail bikes.

The best feature is it is just one minute off of interstate 90 and is located close to shopping, fine dining and nightlife. Terry Peak Ski area and the Mickelson Trail as well as Deadwood are just 20 minutes away. Sturgis, home of the famous motorcycle rally is a 14-minute cruise down the interstate or on the scenic service roads.

Excellent place to stay

Beautiful property and amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home, can't say enough about how welcome we felt during our stay. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Spearfish area.

Lovely Home

Rented this home during Sturgis Bike Rally. At first, I admit, I was skeptic because it is a townhouse and thought it would not fit our needs. Boy was I mistaken!. The location of the home was in a quiet neighborhood close to all your necessary amenities (gas, food, easy access to highway). The size of the home was misleading. It has more than enough space for everyone. The home was clean and was fully equipped with all the necessary needs that a home should have that would make our stay comfortable. Loved the back deck and watching the sunset. Amazing! Communication with the host was excellent. Easy process all around. I have been to the rally numerous amount of times and had always stayed in Spearfish but never at the same rental. When I come back, this home will be on top of my list to stay again.

Family Trip-Bucket List of all the things South Dakota!

Gorgeous home with everything you need. Super clean and comfortable. Sunsets off the back patio/deck are fabulous. Comfortable furniture and anything you can think of or want in a kitchen. Great linens and towels. Dough Trader in Spear Fish had great pizza. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Black Hills

The property was great, everything clean, plenty of privacy for everyone. The only negative was the 3rd bedroom; bed was small and worn out. It was not comfortable for two, one of us slept on an air mattress for a week. Bottom line, fix that bedroom, then three couples would be extremely comfortable.

Property was in a great location. A Perkns within minutes & the entrance to Spearfish Canyon just down the street! A great location for any bike riding enthusiasts!
