If you're traveling to NYC and want a cozy, private, and centrally located place to stay you'll enjoy this 1 bedroom rental that sleeps a total of 4 people.

The apt is in a quiet neighborhood that is walking distance to restaurants and attractions. You can get into any part of NYC within a 15 - 25 mins drive. UBS is a 5 mins drive. The new Belmont Park Village outlet is also a 5 min drive where you can find great shopping and dining experience.
Explore NY via public transportation you are 5- 10 mins from the bus and Long Island Railroad station. Uber is also very easy and frequent in the area.

There is a front door and then a separate door behind the front door that leads into the 1 bedroom apt. The apt has great lighting, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with standing shower and bath accessories, kitchen, open concept living room and dining area for eating for you and your guests only.

Driveway and backyard is not included in the rental

The 1 bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room areas are for you and your guests to use. Note that the apt is located on the second floor so there is a flight of step to access the apt.

Uber is frequent in the area. The bus and trains are 5-10 min drive. If you rent a car there is free street parking available in the area

There is an additional guest fee over 4 guests. Anyone who enters the premises is considered a guest.

There are residents below you with mutual minimal noise expectations and no interaction.

Check-IN is at 3:00pm and after.
If you need to check in earlier there is an extra fee per hour before 3:00pm. Please confirm with host before arrival.

Check-OUT is at 11:00am or earlier.
Late check out must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and confirmed by the host. Fee will be charged for any check out after 11:00am.

SMOKING
NO smoking in the house of any kind. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if it is assessed that smoking occurred.

CLEANING
Clean up your garbage before you leave if you want to avoid the cleaning fee. There are garbage bags and cleaning products under the kitchen cabinet for your use. You can leave the garbage bags tied up in the hallway before your departure.

PARKING
The driveway is not available to guest parking. There is free street parking readily accessible. Guests should not have issues finding parking in front of or close to the house.
