This place is amazing! Checked out and within a week, we have already reserved this condo for our next trip. The grounds are beautiful and so much to do. Great for all ages too! Been coming to the area for 35 years and we usually stay with family but tried this just because. And from here on out, I will pick this place every time.

What a great place

Fantastic location, super close to both pool and beach and entrance to the village Complex is amazingly well kept. Unit is just like being home. Owner very supportive and helpful.

Love This Place

Lisa is a wonderful host. The condo is creatively decorated with a super beach vibe. The condo is located close to where you want to be in Fort Pierce. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Fort Pierce area.

Great stay!

We had such a great time. It was a very nice place and very well stocked. The only complaint that we had is that the bed was not very comfortable at all. Other than that, it was super clean! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Super cute and spacious stay

The property was very well maintained and nicely equipped. It even had seasonal decor which was a nice touch. The layout was fantastic and our family was very comfy. The kitchen has a Keurig and small coffee pot which I wish was clearer on the listing. If more than 3 guests, be prepared to laundry the towels, which was no problem with the in unit washer/dryer. There was not outside space to hang wet towels or suits. It is a bottom unit, but does have a step up onto the porch. The unit is also not for light sleepers. I don’t know if the unit above us was also being rented and just extra loud, but you could easily hear. The vertical blinds also were noisy in master room with the ac and/or fan on. We did see some bugs which did make us a little uncomfortable, but they were mostly dead and we just left lights on when we could. We have stayed at the complex before and find the amenities well maintained. This unit is not particularly close to the beach and main pool.

I’m so sorry to see this review. This is the first time we have had anything negative said about our place. When you notified us that you saw a bug we immediately replied and advised you that the unit had been sprayed by the pest control company days prior. You probably saw the results of that . As far as towels, we leave a set of 4 towels in bathroom and 4 extra towels in master bedroom closet. Also, we leave towels according to length of stay. To hang any wet items or beach towels, we do have 2 hooks on the wall outside of our private front porch balcony. Also, we do provide both a coffee pot and a Keurig for our guests as everyone has different preferences. We will look into the noise issues upstairs, but again, first time we hear of this being a problem. Again, I am sorry you felt this way about your stay. Comments and reviews do help or hurt hosts. We try our best to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable. Cleanliness and comfort have always been our main priority and up to now there has never been any issues.

Very clean well taken care of property. The owner is very thoughtful and left bubbles and snacks for my kids! The place was even decorated for the 4th. Condo had everything you need. Just bring your stuff and treat it like home! Great pools, nice beach but a short drive to other great beaches as well! We had a great time, will be back!!
