ハウスは、イルマダメージフリーです！ 最近更新されたこの3ベッドルーム/ 3バスにボートを持ち込み、深さ50フィートのドックとカスタムヒートスイミングプールを完備しました。 ハウスは、キングベッド1台、クイーン2台、寝台2台を備えた8台で快適に眠ります。 各ベッドルームには専用の専用バスルームがあります。 家と水を隔てるのはドックだけなので、水で目を覚ましたり、リラックスしたりするのが大好きです。 マスタースイートにはジャグジー浴槽があります。 ブートキーハーバーは、運河を3軒だけ下っています。 家はとても穏やかで、正面にはプールのような非常にプライベートなトロピカルスパがあり、美しい石畳の噴水の壁があります。 プールのそばに座ったり、港でカヤックをしたり、運河で魚釣りをしたり、自転車に乗ったり、ソンブレロビーチまで車で3マイル（5マイル）行くと、休暇中にすぐに感じることができます。 また、バイアホンダパークを訪れたり、キーウェストまで車で45〜50分の短いドライブをしたい場合は、7マイルの橋から数分です。 RV駐車場はごめんなさい。

As described. Excellent vacation home for our family. We used the pool, kayaks and paddleboards. Great location, central to all locations in Marathon and close enough to have a day trip to other islands. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was nice. The pools kept the kids busy while we were there. Caught a barracuda and a nurse shark off the dock. Even had a visitor from a Manatee. Rented a boat for the week, no problems docking or getting to the 7 mile bridge. Fantastic house for the week.

The heated pool, while small, was absolutely wonderful! Lots of sun throughout the day, yet the patio table had shade where we enjoyed our lunches. Very nice accommodations and very convenient with a private bathroom for each of 3 bedrooms. Saw 2 manatees off the dock.

We had a great time. It would have been nice if you could use any of the bathrooms without going through a bedroom. If possible a sliding door similar to the door that looks out on the canal. for the bedroom behind the kitchen would be a nice addition to the doorway leading from the kitchen to the sitting room

This house was amazing! Our host David was very welcoming and informative and checked in to make sure everything was great! We had a small issue and I contacted David and it was taken care of immediately with sincere apologies. The house had everything you could ask for … including manatees that we enjoyed off the 50 ft dock in the back of the house. We had the bedroom facing the water and was a joy waking up every morning! Beautiful bedrooms and the bathrooms! We hope to return next year!

The house was beautiful, clean and in great condition. It was very well stocked, he thought of everything - kitchen appliances and accessories, kayaks, bikes, toys, games, there was always something to do. David is informative about how things worked in the house and what to do in the area, he was very responsive to any questions or needs. We had the best time and hope to come back again!

This was a very spacious home. The pool and multiple seating areas gave us a lot of variety to enjoy the outdoors. It was clean and comfortable. Nice place for multiple guests/couples with everyone having their own en-suite bathroom.

Family Getaway

Great location, great neighborhood, loved having a pool, bikes, kayaks and paddle boards to use!! Would definitely stay there again. Close to a great beach, grocery stores and restaurants.

We enjoyed the stay. The property was in a great location. The final cleaning wasn’t done until after we checked in and the A/C had a hard time keeping up in the heat of the day. We were out on the boat most days so this wasn’t a big deal but the house had everything we needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Great Week

Our trip is exclusively a fishing trip and David’s property worked out great for us. Three couples in the group and three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom was perfect.

Basic home essentials are non-existent. Be prepared to go buy toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags. The entire place needs some TLC. There was junk stuffed in drawers and cabinets throughout the place. Front door key pad would not lock. Ice maker did not work.

I appreciate any and all feedback. As is customary in short term rentals, we provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags in every can and a starter bag with 2 pods for laundry and 2 for the dishwasher. Apologies for any misunderstandings in regards to this. The door lock has been address as the climate takes it's toll on the locks over time. We address any concerns our guests have as quickly as possible. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need from cooking to coffee and it is reviewed regularly for supplies. Thank you

Yes that is me with Jimmy Buffett in Chicago! We live a very busy life with 3 kids and a lot of working. There is no better place to enjoy our down time than in the Keys. We searched for the right house for nearly 2 years and we always came back to this house.

The pool and the dock are fantastic. You can walk to Cuba coffee, Overseas, FL Keys Steak and Lobster House, Keys Fisheries and many of our other favorite places. Your boat can be parked a few feet from you at the house and it can be up to 45 feet long. It is one of the few places where you can kayak to bars and restaurants as well. Plus if you want to paddleboard or kayak, you have more than just the canal. You have all of Boot Key harbor, Sister Creek, the mangrove creeks in Boot Key and 1.5 miles to Sombrero Beach and I believe 7 miles around Boot Key in the shallows. It is truly unmatched for kayaking.

We love the water. From sitting on the dock, snorkeling on the reefs, fishing, kayaking or just sitting at the pool, we have everything we need here. Unmatched for Kayaking, when the Atlantic is rough, you can easily get to the Gulf. You are 5 miles from Sombrero reef so you have some of the best snorkeling in the Keys and when you are not out and about, you have sun and shade on the property at all times so you can enjoy being outdoors all the time. With some luck and chum, you can even catch your limit on snappers off the dock. The entire property was given a face lift post Irma and looks amazing. The upstairs was painted and has new tile in 2023. Nothing is dated in this home. Large pool is always heated (small pool is not). The furniture, bikes, kayaks and SUPs (tried inflatables this time) are replaced regularly to keep everything fresh.
