Excellent place to stay in family; near every attractions, grocery ans shop. The building is also very clean. Easy to communicate with the host. The place is exacly like the pictures.Great stay, I will come back for sure!

Great location. Less than 10 min drive to everywhere you want to go. The parking garage is tight but not impossible, we have a minivan and fit fine. If you have a vehicle any bigger than that you’re not gonna make it, but they do have parking designated for you. The indoor pool was down for renovations which put a damper on our kids day when it was raining. The rooms were clean, games available, pack and play in closet. We’re a family of 6, kids ranging 14-6 years old and all fit fine!

Condo really needs updates. Was pretty worn and cleaning staff needs more training. Shower curtains had mold. Washer dryer was broken. Smoke alarms really dated and discolored. Floors were swept on arrival but not mopped. No mop on site either. The grounds were nice. Pools clean. Restaurant was fun and friendly with decent food and beverages. We will not return. :(

Pros: -beach & pool area are some of the best we have stayed at as they are clean and updated .- plenty of tables, chairs and shaded space, bonus: bean bags & hammocks -lots of shopping and restaurant options-Broadway at the beach less than 5 min drive -Walmart is 12 min away for groceries - very comfortable sheets and king bed -lots of bath towels/bed pillows soft -elevators are fast -foot shower on way to/from beach -life guards on beach -soft, white sand -kids loved the waves -proximity of beach/pool great for kids-fire works by the lighted Ferris wheel -lots of hot water for showers Cons: condo is very worn down, cleaned but not clean with stained walls, worn scuffed baseboards, stains and tears in drapes.-not much to use for cooking in kitchen -no prep space -freezer did not keep our ice cream frozen, had to throw kids dessert away :/ -9th floor not good for kids going back & forth as well as groceries, travel items -shower drain plugged up in master , someone did fix it -small , worn bathrooms, no counter space -no spot to hang wet towels/swimsuits-no extra trash bags or clothes detergent - no extra sheets , sheet on pull out gross and stained -building is very worn and dated inside -seems to be a destination for tattooed, weed/vaping middle age crowd - no tents/umbrellas allowed on beach except rentals (50/day) -loud music dailyWe would not book this condo or building again, maybe a villa or low rise on the beach
