It is conveniently located a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and Ripley's Aquarium, providing easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping.

Great place

3br/2bath slept 7 of us comfortably, balcony view was amazing, loved the property, so much to do on site, only flaw is the parking garage is tight squeeze but will definitely come back.

Great view and space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The view and space were perfect for our family. My husband and I stayed there with our 3 kids (7, 4, and 1) as well as my sister and her friend (15). It was just the right amount of space for us. As other reviews noted, it wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed but it was bug-free and the linens and towels were freshly washed. It seemed more just things like grout and kitchen items were dirty from age. The location worked well for us, but it is about a mile from the boardwalk and skywheel if you're looking for something in walking distance. It had a nice walking trail and park oceanside that started a few condos north and we used it everyday.

Amazing Views

The view and location was superb. The staff was super friendly and the kitchen fully stocked. It was very quiet and our friend group had a fantastic time. The bedrooms were perfect. Some issues: clogged sinks, stuck door to a bathroom, and updating needs to happen. These are cosmetic and didn’t bother us. There was two days where water was shut off in the whole building, the first night without notice. Communication with the owners was sparse, but they did respond within 12 hour time frame. All in all, we would recommend this place to anyone.

Bad experience with Big Fish Rentals.

The condo could have been much nicer. We had problems with the dryer not drying, owner did replace it after we called a complained for the 3rd time. And the sinks backed up, smelled sewage for 3days until they had a plumber come and fix it. When we called about these problems "Big Fish Rentals", the lady hung up on me. Would not recommend "Big Fish Rentals". We could not use half of the pots and pans, big gouges in them, had to wash them before we used them.

Extremely disappointing

Rooms were dirty, stove didn’t work properly, dryer didn’t heat, washing machine backed up into kitchen sinks, had a very bad smell in room, vents and ceilings had lots of cobwebs, bathroom had mold and mildew, king bed didn’t have a real mattress, no paper towels or detergent for the dishwasher, outlet for coffee maker didn’t work - customer service was terrible. Trying to get someone to contact me back took 3 days.

Condo is exactly as described. 16 stories up with a beautiful view of the ocean. Full kitchen with lots of dishes. Check in was very easy. There’s plenty of space in this condo. ProsEase of check in. Condo was very clean. Water was hot. Everything in kitchen worked. Washer Dryer good. Bathrooms and showers are very nice. Lots of room to relax. Plenty of stuff to do at the condo like several pools, lazy river, hot tub, outdoor games and seating, arcade, bar, access to the beach is awesome and easy. Parking garage connected to building was very nice. Car wasn't sun beaten all the time. Lots and lots of pros. ConsI’m sure as a big company “Big Fish Rentals” get all kinds of renters (good and bad). We were constantly reminded that we would be charged for damage of any kind and especially if we used the towels at the beach. I fully understood that the first time I was told. I didn’t need constant reminders of it. At first I was annoyed but then remembered there are a lot of people that destroy other people’s property and are very disrespectful to others. That’s not us though. We treat others property better than ours out of respect. My wife and I was extremely disappointed in the king size mattress in the master bedroom. I travel for work so I’m in motels half the year and this is the worst mattress I’ve slept on in years. It’s thin and has springs. AC doesn’t cool bedrooms well because of no air returns. Need fans. Yes I’ll stay again. 4 stars for the cons.

Overall Disappointing

I work in hospitality and I really don't like complaining. And I normally don't complain, however there were so many issues within the condo that it's appropriate to let others know what they might be getting into. 1-no jetted tub (The listing says there is one) 2-there was a hairball the size of a small rodent clogging the master bathroom tub. (I removed it myself so I wouldn't have to take a bath and shower at the same time) 3-the dryer does not work-no heat 4-The stovetop eyes work intermittently making it nearly impossible to cook. 5-broken towel rack in the master bathroom 6-The toilet seat in the master bathroom has gouges that scratches you when you sit on it. 7-The foam pad on the bed in the master bedroom is ill fitted and make sleeping uncomfortable. 8-The master bedroom is about 10 degrees hotter than the rest of the condo. 9-The balcony doors are extremely difficult to close, in fact they were open when we checked in 10-The air vents sweat and drip water onto the tile floor in several places making it slippery. While the condo itself was disappointing, the resort amenities were enjoyable. The landscaping is beautiful and the restaurant and pools were nice too.

Not what we expected

Property is dirty our room was absolutely filthy mold on ceilings in kitchen and bath carpet filthy furniture very old had to wash dishes before we could use them rental company didn't care about anything would never recommend this to anyone
