デコレーターは、デューク大学とチャペルヒル大学の間に定年退職した人々が多く、ローリー・ダーラム空港、リサーチトライアングルパーク、サウスポイントショッピングモールに近い、閑静な地区に位置する真新しい家（2018）を設計しました。 この家は、最大8人まで快適に宿泊できるように特別に建てられました。 3つのベッドルームはすべて2階にあります。 ダラムのダウンタウンから数分以内で、ダーラムブルズの野球の試合を楽しんだり、歴史的なブライトリーフスクエアで買い物をしたり、生命科学博物館を訪れたり、数多くの地ビール醸造所で冷たいビールを楽しんだりできます。

Quick responsiveness from the host making communication a breeze. Clean, nice space with the necessary amenities. Fun recreation room in garage space and cutely decorated for the season. Easy travel to UNC.

This was hands down the BEST VRBO we have stayed in! Beautiful, clean, so much space. Loved the game room; with pool table, ping pong and foosball. Wish we could have had time to spend more days in Durham at this home. We spent much of one day at The Life and Science Museum and next day at Sarah P. Duke Garden, both were wonderful! So many restaurants to choose from and everything close to this home! Great location. Owners very responsive. Thank you for the opportunity to stay and enjoy our wknd celebrating our dtrs birthdays!

This house was completely as advertised. Super clean and the beds were amazing! The water pressure is great in the shower and super hot! We loved the gameroom in the garage which is well outfitted. This house is 5 minutes from gas stations, grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The house is only 12 minutes from Duke hospital and the neighborhood is super quiet. I would definitely rent this house again.

Great house for socializing and spending time together

We had a group of 4 guys stay for a golf trip, and this place was great. We had plenty of space, many games were played. Would work for more people, as you had the games in the garage and some outdoor space to use - might just be a little short on beds.Check in was easy, no dramas. Location is fine - it's great if you want to go to both Durham and Raleigh, as it's a similar distance to both, but not a ton super close by (definitely not walkable).

This place is huge and so clean. The new mattress is one of the most comfy mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The host is very communicative.

came to nc to view colleges and house was perfect. The floors were really slippery but other than that it was very clean , comfortable and easy booking.

Great time

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family and we found everything handy in the house. We had some trouble setting the TV to watch the football game but with patience we got it. We really enjoyed the stroll along the hiking path in the nearest park. It was so pretty during those days we stayed at the house. We forgot two wine bottles that I hope someone will enjoy!

CLEAN with great Location

My family stayed here to check out the Raleigh area for a week as we're deciding on if we want to relocate from Ohio. The house was clean, there was great entertainment (pool table, foosball. Ping pong), and it was in a great location. Close to everything! 10/10 recommend

Home away from home!

This beautiful home made our mini reunion with old classmates a success. The home was impeccably clean and straight out of a homestyle magazine! We had plenty of space for our three teens! Frank and Anjanette were quick to respond whenever I reached out. I would definitely stay here again!

Hello, we are very excited to share our Sampaguita Home with you on AIrbnb! The Sampaguita is the national flower of the Philippines (also known as the Arabian Jasmine) and holds special meaning to property owner Anjanette who was born and raised in the Philippines. As a child she has fond memories of the fragrant scent of the flower which grew at her grandmother’s home. Anjanette studied nursing in the Philippines and moved to Michigan in 1996 after marrying her husband Frank. Frank grew up in Michigan and graduated with a B.B.A. in Business Computer Systems. We moved to North Carolina in 2004 to enjoy the warmer weather and bluer skies. Anjanette received her Realtor's license in 2016 and we have been passionate about the real estate business ever since! Our motto is "work hard but don't forget to stop and take a breather and get some much needed rest and relaxation". If you book with us we will go "out of the way" to make your Airbnb experience as pleasant as can be!
