Perfect spot on the water

Brad's place was perfect - quiet, clean, and right on the water. It's a modest house, but was honestly the cleanest we can recall staying in.

Family Get Away!

Brad’s home was the perfect getaway! The views are absolutely breathtaking and the home is equipped with everything you’d need for a stay. Brad was very friendly and easy to communicate with, especially when it came to answering any questions we had. We truly loved our time here and can’t say enough about how peaceful and serene this spot is - great for kids and adults. The town of Milford and the surrounding areas had a ton to do as well, from breweries, to outdoor dining to great beaches and nature walks. We will definitely return!

Great Summer Vaca Spot

We had a wonderful time on the beach, in the ocean and just relaxing in the house. There were nice restaurants in the area to try and some fun day trips to take with the kids. We'd go back!

Wonderful beach vacation

Very comfortable home. Perfect for our grown family. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, the beach and water views right outside the back steps. We set up our umbrellas and chairs, had fun using the kyack and paddle board. It was a wonderful and relaxing time together! Looking forward to it again next year.

Location, location, location.

Each night I could wait to see the sunset. We were here in November, the view is unmatched. There is lots of space for family in the house. Two full baths upstairs was a great convenience. At night the living room was very cozy! It was great hearing the water lap on the beach that was only 2 steps away.

Amazingly Wonderful

The accommodations that are shown on the website are NOTHING compared to the real property. The house is spacious , nautically designed and welcoming from back door to beach front. Anything and everything u would ask for are at your fingertips. Stocked with items to accommodate 2 people to 6-8 people . The host Brad is attentive to anything u ask him and is very helpful when inquiring about the areas vast wealth of eateries and sightseeing pleasures. This is definitely one to keep in our back pockets for the future.

Mostly very positive

We stayed with our family which included my father 93, my daughter & our 2 grandsons ages 2 &4. It was a delight to be directly on the waterfront where we were just steps from the sand and water. And at low tide nice sandbars and flats where children could walk out safely. Best of all for my father was the wonderful porch where he could watch all the activities from. Important to note that only two window AC in back bedrooms. Front bedroom and downstairs not AC at all

Just what we needed

We enjoyed our week at the beach and this property was just what we needed. We had 2 families, along with 2 children under 2 and one 4 yr old. We were able to gather in the living room, on the deck, at the beach, as well as meals at the dining room table. We had a wonderful time during the day on the beach, in the evenings watching the sailboats on the water, and sleeping listening to the lapping water. Our daughter’s family was very comfortable in the air conditioned bedrooms.

The views are amazing! You're right on the water.

As soon as we walked in and saw out the dual sliding doors, our jaws dropped. The water was right there! Wonderful house and amazing view, and was exactly what we were hoping for, to get some much needed R&R.

Simple beach fun

Had a great time at the beach with family and friends. The sound was calm enough for little ones. House came with excellent paddle boards and kayaks to use in the water. Communication with the owner was easy and expectations were clear.

Peace on the beach

Just what we were looking for. So peaceful and relaxing. Owner said we wouldn’t want to leave the deck and he was right. We ate every meal there.

Perfect

Smooth process from the very start to the very end. Very responsive owner. The place easily accommodated 6 adults who stayed overnight and 2 additional adults during the day plus a 14 year old dog. We enjoyed breakfast coffee on the deck then a morning walk on the beach. From inside the house, it felt like you were on a cruise ship because all you can see is water. We had a great stay.
