We take full responsibility, personally inspecting the property after each cleaning. Going forward, we will reinforce our cleaning practices to prevent this from happening again.-We’re also in the process of conducting a deep clean under the kitchen sink, which includes reducing the number of products stored there and lining the floor with a heavy mat to maintain cleanliness.-We typically contact guests before arrival to ensure everything is set for a great stay.
