Relax and unwind in this quintessential Cape Cod cottage--where rustic charm meets modern amenities. This two-bedroom plus cottage sleeps 6 people. Enter a spacious main living area with sitting area, dining area and living room. The living room has comfortable seating, flat screen TV with cable and ceiling fan. The dining room has a large dining table and the sitting area has a ceiling fan and comfortable lounge chairs--a great spot to snuggle up with a good book. The ceiling of the main living area and bedrooms is open and vaulted. There is a ductless split unit air conditioner in the sitting area (near the kitchen door).

Just off the sitting area is a nicely equipped kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is the bathroom with shower.

This cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed (two twins). The washer and dryer are in the bedroom with the bunk bed.

On the opposite side of the cottage is a sleeping porch off the living room. This bright room has a double fold-out couch, providing additional sleeping space. Pull the shades on the windows between the porch and the living room for privacy.

There is a front deck and a side deck with gas grill, an enclosed outdoor shower and an outdoor dining table with chairs in the yard. Set on a quiet side street, this property is less than a mile (0.7 mi) to wonderful Cold Storage Beach on the bay side of Truro.

Short drive to all the best of Truro and beyond including bay and ocean beaches, Truro Vineyards, Highland (Cape Cod) Lighthouse and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
