Breathtaking sunrises, maybe a passing shrimp boat or even dolphins feeding while enjoying your morning coffee. This one bedroom condo is located as close to the ocean as you can get on North Topsail Beach. At high tide, the beach is not accessible in front of the building. Enjoy the waves and view from your private balcony. Plenty of beach during low tide. The condo is keyless entry so you don`t have to worry about losing a key on the beach. There is a small Tiki Bar across the street. This place has 2 flat screen Smart TV`s, a dvd player, games, movies, books and a fully equipped kitchen; just bring the groceries. Great place for 1, 2 or a family. It offers tennis equipment, corn hole bags and a basketball for the multipurpose court. Other items can be used on the beach including chairs and umbrella. All linens, towels and paper products provided.



Keyless Entry. Guests will be provided an access code as soon as unit is cleaned and ready. Spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces, you are required to use the provided parking pass to display in your vehicles.

This condo is 3rd floor and stairs are required. There is no elevator.

The best part about this place is the balcony. It's an excellent place to sit and watch the waves come in. The condo itself it nice too, it was the perfect size for my husband and I. The host was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The one negative was the musty smell. I do understand that this is a place that is subjected to lots of humidity but the musty smell was very strong in the bathroom and kitchen.

Lovely Little Condo

Perfect size for a family of four. The view of the ocean is wonderful, with the water just right outside the balcony with nothing blocking it. During high tide, the the water comes right up to the building - which we loved because we felt surrounded by ocean. We very much enjoyed our stay, and really appreciated that the owner provides linens and paper goods so we had less things we had to bring with us.

Lisa was so nice answering any questions, even offered a refund since the cleaning lady forgot to leave the key to get in. We had a wonderful time. Be sure to check tide schedule though!! High tide REALLY means HIGH tide there. As in there is no beach to walk on. So if you’re wanting that sunrise walk you may have to get in the car and drive down to onslow bay point depending on the tide schedule. But the feeling of being ON the ocean is unreal. The sound of the waves literally beneath you is so calming. The is no elevator. Not a complaint but if you have problems climbing stairs you’re in for a workout. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this group of condos. Love the area and hope to come back soon.
