Summary:
Come and enjoy this private and spacious retreat with unobstructed marsh views.
-5 minute walk to beach.
-Updated, open-concept home and appliances with high-end materials that sleeps up to 16.
-Sitting areas on the front and back decks.
-Outdoor shower.
-Outdoor living area under the house with a TV and sitting area. There are also corn hole boards, a gas grill, and more chairs in the under house storage closet.

The Space:
-The luxurious first-level primary suite has access to the back deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or sunset over the marsh.
-The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV for you to binge that favorite show.
-First floor laundry room.
-The house also has substantial off-street parking under the house and in driveway.

The Neighborhood:
You are just a short stroll to beach, Boulineau’s groceries, and several local restaurants. This home is also just a short drive to all that North Myrtle Beach has to offer, including: golf courses, shopping, restaurants, ice cream, numerous mini-golf courses and more.

Other Things to Note:
Please put TV cover back over outdoor TV and remote in pouch and zip it shut when done using TV and before checkout. Please return grill to storage closet after cleaning and use.

Truly a 5-star in all categories. Very spacious, clean home with extremely easy check in and check out. Open line of communication with the owner throughout the stay. Location is perfect, just far away enough from all attractions in Myrtle yet a quiet neighborhood.
