Exterior cameras are installed for guest safety & property security. There are no indoor cameras or monitoring in private areas. A Ring doorbell located at the front door and an exterior pool camera both record video and audio. An alarm company manages the cameras for the owner. Smoke and fire alarms in the house are connected to the camera system at this property. The owner confirmed audio will be disabled with alarm company in the event a guest does not consent to audio. By confirming your reservation, you consent to being recorded in these exterior areas.

After a great beach day, spend summer evenings watching the burgers grill & kids splashing in the pool. The private pool ranges from 2ft-to-5ft depth & the overall size is appx 10x14 ft. Outdoor showers & wash station for after the beach refreshing. The property has outdoor sun-decks, picnic areas, plus shaded lounging areas, too.
Ground Floor has a small room w/ comfortable seating w/ flat screen TV (Queen sleeper sofa w/ foam topper), plus access to the covered car port & outdoor showers & back yard. This level also has a furnished deck w/ picnic table, umbrella, Adirondack chairs, bench seating & lounge chairs for the whole group to take in the summer breezes. An outdoor shower is well-furnished with 2 shower heads, sink & toilet for easy access from the pool.
First floor (upstairs) is an open floor plan w/ living room, kitchen & dining area (seating for 6, plus 2 barstools), bonus sun room with small love seat. Sectional seating w/ flat screen tv for streaming on family nights. A Queen bedroom is located on this first floor w/ direct bathroom access (shower only/NO tub) but also shared with downstairs.
Second Floor is three additional bedrooms -- 2 Queen bedrooms w/ a shared balcony & shared full bathroom (tub/shower combo). Both bedrooms have flat screen tv's. The main bedroom w/ King bed & private bath w/ jacuzzi tub, double vanity is complete w/ private, furnished balcony. Stackable washer/dryer located on this floor.

*Please Note - reservation requires minimum age of 25. Groups must consists of half adults over the age of 25. Adults must be present on property from arrival date to departure date, to supervise and accept responsibility for group.
