This highly desired Cape Coral Yacht Club neighborhood surrounded by canals and river lends a wonderful backdrop for a daily stroll. The house is beautiful and really comfortable. The pool is great with a perfect water temperature. We enjoyed the barbecue grill and the space for the pet.

One month stay

House was comfortable and clean… the pool could have been kept warmer as it’s in the shade most of the day. Wish we could have parked in the garage with it being so warm out. Host was very responsive to questions we had during our stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry February was an unseasonable cold month this year and the heater can only keep up so much. They why we bought the solar pool cover and keeping it covered each night helps a lot!. I hope you enjoyed a good splash anyway! Next year I’ll bring better weather ;) You were wonderful guests and your family is welcome back anytime!

Spring Training Getaway

We come to SW Florida each year for Red Sox Spring Training. We entertain business clients back to back weekends, but stayed here during the week. The house is really nice and communication with Kat was outstanding. You can walk around the neighborhood or take the bikes to the beach or Tiki Bar. We really enjoyed it and would stay here again! Thanks Kat!!

Beautiful eclectic neighborhood blends “old Florida” a new multi million dollar properties surrounded by canals and the Caloosahachee river! Conveniently located near all the entertainment and super easy to access Fort Myers and all the beaches!
