This studio condo is perfectly located in the heart of Waikiki just minutes from the beach and shopping also showcasing a steakhouse attached to the building accessed through the lobby!, We are in a safe, convenient area with a city bus stop across the street. You also get a reserved parking spot in the garage for your vehicle adding a tremendous value to your stay in Waikiki which is notoriously expensive for parking when you get lucky enough to find a spot.

ATTENTION! Please be advised that starting October 27th, 2025 the building will begin an exterior concrete repair and painting project. During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed for the duration of this project, and for segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible. This project is expected to last 6-12 months. For this inconvenience, our daily rate has already been reduced.

Great location in the middle of everything and very convenient with free parking as well. Very easy and fast to check in and out. The fan/AC is very quiet and everything looked like it was recently remodeled and everything was clean. We enjoyed the modern touches and everything was provided that we needed. The street noise can be loud at times, earplugs were provided, but we ended up not using it. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great Location!

The place was as described, clean and stocked. Easy to communicate with the property manager. The pictures and directions to access the facility were spot on. Love that there is a designated parking spot. Would stay here again.

Perfect Waikiki Location

The location is convenient to shopping and a ton of restaurants. The condo is 2 blocks from the beach and easy walking all around Waikiki. And bonus, it comes with a parking spot so zero hassle if you rent a car. The VRBO description is spot on. Super clean and comfortable. Also includes all the beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, towels). Check in and out very easy with clear directions. Multiple contacts posted in the unit in case we needed anything, but never had to call. Everything was perfect.

This was needed for our last 2 nights on Oahu. Our VRBO home in Kaneohe wasn't avail for our full week stay. Thank you for quick responses to my emailed questions.

This unit was great. Right in the touristy part of town with plenty of food and shopping around. There are 2 small things that need to be changed. 1. They don’t tell you where the pool is. For anyone that reads this, it’s on the 4th floor. 2. The checkout directions need to be clarified as there are directions in the room that are incorrect and the fob return directions are incorrect. Overall, a great place to stay.
