Great reunion house!

This was a beautiful home with a gorgeous view of Bear lake! The main floor was very open with kitchen, dining and living room all together. Large deck space was just off the dining area. It allowed for lots of fun gathering spaces for our family of 20. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made it comfortable for all.

Fabulous family Bear Lake vacation

Fabulous vacation house and hope to stay there again. Could’ve used more paper towels and toilet paper, but I guess we could bring our own next time. Towels also but minor compared to the fabulous view and location. Will definitely stay there again.

Stunning Views!

Fantastic property. Very comfortable and relaxing, with amazing views of Bear Lake. Our group truly enjoyed every moment of the weekend, and it was so nice to have access to the club house and pool in the Reserve community.

Perfect Summer Getaway for a Big Family

This Bear Lake home was absolutely ideal for our large family vacation (12 adults, 8 kids). Perched perfectly on a hill, it offered stunning lake views while still feeling private. The house was spacious, well-equipped, and featured amazing outdoor spaces—including a huge deck with a fireplace, a grassy yard, and a cozy fire pit.We took full advantage of the Reserve Clubhouse amenities like the pool, hot tub, and sports courts. The gated community was quiet and conveniently located near town, with easy access to hiking, golf, local attractions, and of course, the famous raspberry shakes!The only slight disappointment was the private beach—it was smaller and less pristine than expected, likely due to the high water levels in 2024. Still, the crystal-clear, Caribbean-blue lake made up for it. The owners were incredibly kind and responsive, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. We’d definitely return!

Beautiful with amazing views

The house was so great for our big group! The view was breathtaking and we loved being able to have access to a private beach. The owners were quick to answer any questions and were very accommodating! We have stayed so many places for our reunions and this was our favorite!

This was the perfect accommodation for our family reunion. Something to do for everyone- tennis, basketball, pool, private and public beaches, lovely deck, fire pit, close to town and parks! Owners were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Annual Family Reunion

This is an ideal place for a large extended family (7 families; 33 individuals) to hold a family reunion. We have used this property for the past 2 years, and would recommend it to others. The view is amazing and the access to the clubhouse and the private beach is a real plus.

Great home- great owners.

Such a great place. We had a fabulous time in this spacious home. Owners were prompt with all communication and very helpful with any concerns that we had. We had a party of 36 and were very comfortable as there was plenty of space for all of us.

Best home for a big family!

This house was perfect! There was 26 of us and we all wanted to stay under one roof and make memories together. This house is beautiful and large enough for a big group to feel together without stepping on each other. The hostess was very sweet and had great communication the entire time.

Bear Lake home

Great lake view with spacious rooms that facilitate family interaction. The decks space was used for meals, family time, reading and admiring the view. The fire pit was used for smores. Worked perfect. The grandchildren enjoyed the pool and basketball court at the club house! The kichen was great for fixing family meals.

Drop-Dead Gorgeous View of Bear Lake

Spacious, beautiful home with stunning views of Bear Lake through the expansive windows. Well-equipped and furnished for large groups. We were a family of 14 adults and 12 children and had plenty of space for all. The Reserve clubhouse with pool, jacuzzi and pickleball courts were a plus. We also enjoyed the private beach just a few minutes down the road. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend!

Great Weekend Get Away!!

We loved this home and had such a wonderful time staying here! The views are amazing from the fantastic covered patio. The interior is very tastefully designed and has such a welcoming, cozy feel. It was a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of life. We spotted deer, rabbits, squirrels and many kinds of birds from the deck while we stayed there. It has quick access to the beach and the mountains, which led to fun adventures for our family. The clubhouse is also very nice, with a pool and splash pad that our kids loved playing in. We definitely recommend this luxurious home as a wonderful travel destination!

Ideal for Family Reunion

Our group of 32 people fit comfortably in this beautiful home. The views from the backyard are stunning, and everything in the home was exactly as described or better. Every family had their own bedroom and the teenagers could use the floor mats to sprawl out in the common areas. All the different living areas were so nice for a big group and he kitchen had everything we needed! I would definitely choose this home again. The owners were great at checking in and making sure everything was in order.

Family Togetherness at this cabin

We went over Thanksgiving (with Katie O and our extended families). What an incredible cabin! We are scheduled to go up again in June, when we can enjoy more of the outdoors, including a lot of nice furniture and balconies and Bear Lake and the area. The hot tub at the club house was great too, and a nice way to warm up with the cold weather (We are from Vegas). The view in the morning from the great room overlooking Bear Lake is a million dollar view for sure, and all the kids had plenty of space to get with their cousins and do their own thing in. Can't wait to get back up there this summer.

Did not want to leave!

Our family was blown away by the views this location offered! The house was exceptionally beautiful and exceeded our expectations. I enjoyed using the clubhouse exercise facility and our family had a great time in the kid friendly pool. The property's convenient location made it easy for us to take a short drive to explore Minnetonka Cave, hike to Bloomington Lake, laugh at Pickleville Playhouse, and get world famous raspberry shakes. The private beach privilege was the cherry on top! We will be returning in the future.

Successful Family Reunion

With 27 people in our tribe, ranging from 3 months to 60-something, this house was perfect! We never felt over-crowded and everyone was incredibly happy with the accommodations. The home was stocked with virtually everything we needed and then some! The owners were incredibly responsive and accommodating, prior to and during our stay. We would love to stay again, especially if the private beach is open. A note to those planning a Bear Lake stay. The lake’s water levels were so high this year that half the beaches were closed. Some of the more popular beaches, I.e. North and East beaches require reservations and were sold out for Friday and Saturday. So plan ahead. We were still able to find beach space and had a great time!

Absolutely Beautiful

Spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this gorgeous cabin. The view and sunset/sunrise were breathtaking. Missing this quite a bit as we woke up at home today. First of all, this huge house was immaculately clean. Not a spec of dust. Lots of parking for a large group. We had 6 families with kids in this home and everyone was comfortable. It is difficult to sleep comfortably with 19 children plus adults under one roof. First time in the history of our family reunions that everyone, especially the adults, slept well. Large living spaces, large kitchen-all with high end finishes. All appliances, faucets, lights, TVs, fireplaces, heating etc worked perfectly. This is not always the case with a rental. Plenty of towels, supplies. We had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive and made special accommodations for our huge group. We have rented multiple cabins in various locations for these group gatherings. This was by far the favorite. No issues at all-everything was accurate, or better, than the listing stated. Everyone wants to return for a summer party! There is a beautiful outdoor fireplace, huge deck,and a fire pit that we were dying to use but it was too cold in the winter. As we were leaving, the owner arrived with new sheets and blankets, kitchen storage, bakeware, etc just "to keep things fresh". No negatives, except our stay was too short.

Beautiful Home!

This house was gorgeous, well maintained inside and out. Kitchen was wonderful with everything you might need to cook a meal (tons of small appliances!). The outside living spaces were fabulous. The neighborhood amenities were so nice to have. We swam in the pool and used the tennis courts a lot. The only negative was that this house really does not sleep 40 people. With all the beds in the house it only sleeps 22, then there are 4 folding cots and about 8 floor pads. I’m not sure if they are also counting couches that people could sleep on? That would add about another 3-4 people. There is a TON of square footage and extra floor space to just put people on the floor, so our group of 38 was just fine. Just FYI. The view of the lake is absolutely perfect from this property and the location of the house is awesome, away from the hustle and bustle of Garden City. It is about an 8 min drive into town but being father north along the lake puts you closer to North Beach, which is nice. The private beach was under water so we sadly didn’t get to go there. Communication with the owners was great! Washing all towels and sheets we felt was slightly abnormal for a rental like this, but we got it done by washing all towels the night before check out. The house was quite clean but only got 4 stars because it was a little dusty, esp in the basement. We would recommend this beautiful home to anyone! It is a very well built, beautiful home and we are thankful we had the chance to stay here! Our family reunion was extra special because of it!

Bravo! Bravo! Exceptional Experience! 5 Stars!

We were looking for a Bear Lake house for our family reunion. We had 45 people attending and this house was perfect. It slept everyone, most on beds or cots with small kids on mats. The house has many large areas for group activities or smaller areas for intimate conversations or games. The views from this house are amazing!! No houses blocking the view in any direction and you can see most of the lake from the deck and large picture windows in the main room. It was cool in the afternoon and at night and very pleasant out on the deck. The house is very well appointed. It feels like home while you are there due to having many of the conveniences you would have at your own residence. It is very high end and I was a little concerned at times due to some small children at our reunion. However, we did not have any damage occur and that was a great outcome! There are several TV's in the house but believe it or not only one TV was used once for a group movie. The kids had so many other things to do they never even thought to watch TV. We also enjoyed the outside fire pit, grill, pool, basketball and tennis court, very large deck, and the private beach which made our day at the lake even more enjoyable. The owner was attentive to my texts and when we had a mishap with electric breakers one morning at breakfast she was prompt to reply and we were able to resolve the issue quickly and get back to cooking. My only recommendations would be to add another fridge for large groups. The one there is only what you would have at a normal size house. We got by using large coolers in addition to the fridge. Also, perhaps to have 2 reserve key fobs in case people want to go to the beach and the clubhouse at the same time. We highly recommend this house for reunions, large groups, and an Epic vacation to Bear Lake!!

Great for Family Reunion

This home comfortably slept our party of 31. The home never felt crowded and had more the sufficient supplies. The property manager and owner were very responsive and accommodating to ensure our stay was great. The private beach access was so awesome despite the warning in the property listing. We drove right up to beach with all our beach supplies and the beach, water, and views were incredible. Bear Lake is truly a gem and this property makes the experience even better! Amazing huge deck, and well landscaped property which was perfect for family pictures. I would recommend this place to anyone considering.

Exceeded Expectations!

We just stayed at this property for a family reunion. The cabin itself is so nice and the views are incredible! We spent so much time on the deck. Also this is the best stocked property I have ever stayed in! Cooking and cleaning for a large group was so easy and convenient. There were also plenty of towels which was nice. We loved using the pool and private beach. “The Reserve” is a beautiful community with great amenities. Also working with the host was a great experience. If everything works out we would love to stay here again next summer. I highly recommend this property!
