2024 HOME IMPROVEMENTS: New elevator with rebuilt shaft, all new heating/cooling system with two climate zones, new water heater and dishwasher, new outdoor furniture, plus many new creature comforts and aesthetic enhancements.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL ACCESS: The Peninsula community pool, with poolside furnishings, parking and restroom facilities, is about a half mile away from driveway to poolside via Norris Drive. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH / CREEK ACCESS: Private beach boardwalk, leading from the wraparound porch, provides a rinsing shower and a sundeck tucked behind low dunes. A private staircase, just off the driveway, leads to a low-tide beach on the tidal creek.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays only.

DOG FRIENDLY: This Dog Friendly home invites you to bring the whole family. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and pay additional rent. Maximum 2 dogs. Leashed dogs are allowed on the beach during daylight hours.

THE PENINSULA AT INLET POINT: Part of a unique gated community on a secluded neck of land bounded by the Atlantic Ocean and a tidal saltmarsh creek, The Peninsula enjoys access to an extensive 7-mile-long soft sand beach as well as stunning tidewater vistas from sunrise to sunset. A few shops and restaurants are within walking distance from the gate. The greater Waccamaw Neck area additionally offers grocery stores, art galleries, prominent golf courses, historic landmarks, the nationally renowned Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Beach State Park (bird-lover’s bucket list), and more.
