Mark was a great host and checked in with us to be sure we lacked for nothing. Having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. We could have used a few more dishes and a working ice maker, and it would be helpful to have the house number displayed more prominently. But we would definitely stay there again and likely will!

In the many years of hosting this property, we have never once had a break-in, vandalism, theft, or security incident at the house. The neighbors have been friendly and the house is secure, and there's a wooden driveway gate allowing guest vehicles to be parked securely and privately.

Super cozy stay

I brought my two teenagers with me to a music festival and the stay at The Cozy House was perfect. Not only was it close to the venue, but it was super spacious, quiet and close to everything we needed. My teens and I enjoyed the stay very much. When back in the area, we plan to stay again because the close was very well worth the value we received.
